How long do you cook a full leg of triple smoked ham weighing 6.606 kilos and at what temp?

You don't cook it as such, you heat it though.

First, prepare your ham, remove the rind from the leg up to the knuckle bone and score the fat in a diamond pattern, studding it with cloves for a hint of spice. You may want to glaze your ham: if so, there are plenty of recipes around for beautiful glazes suitable for triple smoked ham. The ham may be quite salty, so choose a glaze based on fruit juice & honey or golden syrup for a contrast in taste. Now, preheat the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Place the ham on a rack (if preferred) in a large baking pan lined with baking paper.

Allow 20 minutes per 1 kilo of ham in the oven at 180 degrees, basting several times until the ham is nicely browned and shiny.

Does almond oil expire?

I've been looking for a similar answer myself but not in baking...however I would be careful with an expiry date if it was to be consumed. But as far as I can make out, from wasting way too much time now looking for an answer is that the expiry date means little, I even found a website stating that it never expired...although as it's an oil, that can't be right, not if it's 100% pure anyway.

The way to check any oil is of course first for rancidity, have a good sniff and look to see if there is any discolouration and/or change in the viscosity of the oil. I have avocado oil I haven't used in making cream since the Christmas before last, even though it's been in the fridge, it's obviously no good anymore because I can see it has separated and changed completely to the look of the oil I bought originally. So if it looks like it isn't as viscous anymore or has changed to a darker colour or wreaks to high heaven, then chuck it. One final thing, as a rule of thumb, they say most oils, if one wants to be really safe is to bin it after 12 months. Good luck with it. Jo. [just passing]

How do you bake cookies in a shaped cookie pan?

Pour cookie batter all over the pan.

If the cookie dough is firm enough to be shaped, press a single ball of dough into each depression of the well-greased mold (pan,) being careful to press out air bubbles. Bake according to recipe instructions, the cool for about 5 minutes on a cooling rack. Remove cookies from molds while still warm, by inverting the pan over a rack, and tapping gently. If cookies do not drop out, carefully loosen each cookie around the edges, then use a flexible thin spatula or fork to life each gently from the mold.
