(fuel) less than a full tank but more than a quarter tank of gasoline, in the car's tank (depending on the size of the car) igniter) A method with which to light the rag/cloth/rope
There are many reasons to achieve this goal however one of the simplest (but highly dangerous methods is to open the gas tank, unscrew the lid, place the fuse in the spout hole (if it has a block, u may have to ram fuse in a little to enter the actual tank, or prop it open with a pen/pencil/stick), light the fuse, and RUN! This method if not done properly could cause death. Once fuse has lit the car is dangerous until the rag has burned all the way or has lit the gasoline in the tank.
