Where is the O2 sensor on a 98 camaro and how do you find it?

Start at the exhaust manifold. There should be one there. work backward to the rear of the catalytic converter as there may be more than one. Looks like a spark plug with the top cut off and a wire coming from it.

Where is the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor located at on the engine of a 1981 Chevy Camaro 350 cc engine?

it is on the pass side on the head or on the thermo stat housing it isn't in the radiator

AnswerOn the drivers side of the block between the #2 & #4 plug. AnswerNo it is not. There is nothing there. Try the radiator. if it has a cooling fan it is usually in the radiator. short across the two wires should make the fan come on.

temperature sending unit should be on driver's side head between #1 and #3 or #3 and #5. it is usually hidden well under the exhaust manifold. on an '81 it should be a one wire get up with only a flat top pin hanging out. it is often broke off or the wire melted beyond recognition. quite often though alot of people relocate them to the intake because of the likelyhood of damage. passenger side temp senders were on the corvettes. if there is a temp sender in the radiator (only with the option of electric fan) that would have been the fan trip sending unit. few made with this setup, design was given up quickly and the fan trip was moved to the thermostat housing. but rule of thumb (as long as your engine hasn't been monkeyed around with) Chevy usually sticks the sending unit to dash in the head for 96 and older.

How much horsepower does a 1987 IROC Z28 with a 305 HO produce?

How much is a 1994 Chevrolet Camaro with a LS1 engine and 163693 miles worth?

That is something that is very hard to determine given such little information, and considering that the Camaro didn't come with the LS1 engine until 2008. If it has an engine swap, then it really only comes down to what someone wants to pay. For reference, however, a 1994 Camaro with an LT1 engine can range from 1200 to 2400 depending on the condition, options, and your location. To see for yourself, search google for Kelly Blue Book.

Location of 1991 camaro CTS coolant temperature sensor please?

Tech research answer I don't undertand location of: Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) - Determines the temperature of engine coolant via direct insertion with a thermistor, usually threaded into a coolant passage in the intake manifold. This data is then used to determine the point at which the engine is warmed and a leaner mixture may be used by the fuel/air system in an open loop fashion prior to oxygen sensor warm-up. Coolant temperature is also used during engine cranking to set the starting AF ratio to a value between 2:1 and 12:1

Will a 350 fit in a 1984 camaro that had a 2.8 in it and with what type of tranny?

A 350 Chevy motor will fit in a 1984 camero, a 350 turbo automatic transmission. Will have to trade motor mounts and transmission mounts.

a 700r4 transmission will also bolt up in place of the origonal transmission. a 2.8 v6 trans wont bolt up to a v8.

How do you replace the oxygen sensor on a 2002 Chevrolet Camaro?

It will be cheaper for you to have a repair shop do it for you as the socket required cost around $90.00 and can Only be used for that 1 purpose. It is slotted down the side so the wiring harness is not damaged.

How can you find out if your car is a Camaro ss?

It should have SS on it. If it doesn't then if it's the new camaro then all the v8 ones are ss's. For the old ones, it could be an IROC Z, a z28, or an ss. Look in you drivers manual because each version of the car has slightly different guage clusters and other visual cues that distinguash a SS from a z28 for example

i just went through my sons 77 280z and replaced the fuel pump and i checked fuel pressure and it ran for a minute and started sputtering and shuts off the pressure dropped to 15 psi and i started and it took off did the same thing so i dropped the fuel tank and drained out the gas and let it dry out and got some gas in a 5 gallon gas jug and stuck the hose and started it ran good with good pressure so i went and ran 130psi out of my tank and puff the dust flew out so i went and put the tank back in after i shot air into it few times and it runs with good pressure so now is the idle it is to high so i hope this helps.

Where is the blower motor relay pack on 1984 camaro?

It is called "Blower Motor Resistor Pack". It will be located near the blower motor. Sometimes you just have to follow the wiring from the blower motor back to the pack to find it. May be located behind the glove box, side kick panel, or behind the dash.
