Bolt pattern is 5 X 115, which means 5 bolts, spaced 115 millimeters apart at their farthermost distance. Measure from center of bolt to center of bolt on opposite side. This is best done with a caliper.

At best, you'll get 10-15 mpg. Don't get this kind of car if you want to save fuel, because it's a gas guzzler.

On the police dash, the needle should not be more than one notch over the middle mark. On every other 3.8L motor dash, the needle should generally hover around the middle. My 3.4L temp now runs steady at about 185 on the panel gage after I replaced the thermostat. Prior to this, it was running down around 150 and fluctuating. This caused a "check engine" light. Auto Zone connected their scanner which read " low temp; replace thermostat". They erased the fault code free. I have about 75000mi on my Imp. The themostat is a 195 degree unit. Note that when the gage needle is on the center mark, it indicates 200 degrees.

Dis-connect battery hot wire, remove air cleaner and other components in order to remove the intake manifold. Remove head, insert each bolt into cardboard and mark which hole each came out of. The same goes for all parts removed, mark each with arrows, numbers or whatever it takes so as to replace all back to how you found them before starting your repairs. Remove defective head gasket, clean gasket material off both the block and the head with a putty knife or other tool. Install new gasket, replace head and all other parts in reverse order and you're done. Of course you want to use good gasket sealer for the manifold and hose connections. DO NOT USE GASKET MATERIAL BETWEEEN THE HEAD AND ENGINE BLOCK. ONLY THE NEW HEAD GASKET GOES THERE!!!!!!!!!!

Free flowing filters will only provide a benefit at high RPMs. Under normal drivng conditions, they provide little if any benefit.

I can reset my 2002 Tire Pressure light with the following step: 1. turn the ignition key from Acc to on then back to Acc twice. 2. turn your head light switch on and off three times. This should reset the warning light. The change oil light can be reset by pressing on the gas peddle three times in place of the headlight switch.

I would hate to say this but you cannot. The computer for the cars memory is in the factory radio. What I have found that you need to do when installing any other radio other than the factory is have a separate wire harness either running under the passenger seat, you will need to run the wiring under the center console, or as I have seen others do is run it to the trunk but to do this you do have to remove the spare tire and place there. I placed mine under my passenger seat, having to raise the seat up slightly. So whenever I need to clear any warning light, whether the tire pressure, or oil, or even something like changing the unlock sequence or wireless key entry, all I have to do is reach under the passenger seat.

Anyway, the part# from napaonline.com is BK 6653601 for the drivers side (BK 6653602 for the passenger side).

Remove the door panel, time consuming but not too hard. Loosen the three 10mm bolts holding the motor in, remove the power connector.

Lower the window so that the two bolts holding it to the regulator are exposed, remove them. Push the window to the top, propping it at this position (a screwdriver through the access hole at the top left will prop on top of the exterior door handle keeping the window in place.

Remove the three 10mm bolts holding the regulator in place. 'Corkscrew' the regulator and motor out of the BIG hole at the back of the door.

Installation is the reverse of assembly.

I just replaced my egr valve and my light went off, however some reasons for yours not to go off might be that the hose/pipe coming out to the eghaust manifold into the egr valve has enough deposits in it to cause a blockage.....signifying that your old egr valve was good, just not getting any unburned fuel to it. I don't know how to clean the blockage out so maybe search the net and see if you can find out how to do that. perhaps a carborator cleaner will work?

You should have a dimmer knob on the left side of your steering wheel, pull it all the way out. If that doesnt work and you have replaced your stock CD player, you need to disconnect the memory cable from your new CD player, this can cause your lights to stay on.-Shocker

Oddly enough, I had one off yesterday. I used a flat screwdriver to pry the upholstered buttons off of what look like snaps. There are Phillips head screws in the center of the snaps. Remove all of the the screws (the snaps will come off, too) and the upholstered panel with the big pocket comes off to reveal a piece of plywood. The plywood is attached with more screws. Remove those screws and then you can remove the piece of plywood and see the cables that control the door handle.

Timing 8 Degress BTDC Plugs .035 Points are set by dwell 28-32 degrees = approx. .017 RPM 750

The radiator itself will probably hold about 4 qts. The whole system will hold aprox 12 to 14 qts.

buy a haynes manual and get to work. it's not hard. it will take you the whole weekend. if you were a mechanic it would take you less than 45 mins. you will get dirty. try cleaning the engine first. drain the lines. also replace the belt while your at it. don't forget to buy the real antifreeze, not 50/50. 50/50 is just half water. I have a feeling you might have a sink at your house so put one in.. fill the jug with water and put that in as well. bamm you have 50/50. a water pump, belt, antifreeze should run you less than $100. assuming you have a jack and jack stands along with a simple socket set. you're also going to need a long breaker bar to pull back the tensioner pully. An extra set of hands to pry the belt off once the tensioner has done it's job will be a big help. (use a Phillips screw driver not your fingers). it's on the very bottom of the engine. you're going to have to take a few parts off to get to it.
