Usually the "illumination" wires are yellow in the car and the stereo, and the negative should go to ground. I think that's how I hooked mine up. I can check it and get back to you later.

This is transmission fluid. The leak is at the transmission cooler which may be part of the radiator.

They freeze.

What type and year is vehicle. Does upper shock have vertical stud at top of shock or a hole on top of shock?

Be it front or back, the unit as a whole, strut, spring, mount, is removed and the spring must then be compressed to replace the mount, then the spring is let out, then the assembly can be reinstalled.

Either replace the hose, or replace the wiper pump grommet. Both are very inexpensive and just about any parts store should have them.

The grommet may not be listed in the store's computer. In that case, check the section with Motormite products. They are in red packages with HELP! written on them in large type.

Replacing the actual part is not always going to fix a problem. The cooling temperature sensor may stop working if the wiring, to and from it is burnt out, and if the fuse is broken.

Typically plugs and wires. It depends on how thorough you want. I also include the PCV valve and air filter, fuel filter...any hoses that need it...belts, etc. It can also include coils if you feel they are weak or going bad. These run $25 each for parts store coils...and there are 3.

The front dash holder in the 1999 Lumina is screwed into the backside of the dash. Go through the glovebox to loosen the screws to replace.

on the bottom left hand side of the car remove the air filter housing and you can see it clearly.

undo ground wire cable then jack the car up. Much easier from the bottom. Remove the belt by loosening the adjuster until belt can be rolled off pulley.There are 2 12 mm bolts at the top of the alternator .one can be seen from the front without much trouble the other you must feel for from the back . To get the unit to clear power steering and A/c lines it is best to let down the sway bar. undo battery wire from back of alternator. I think it will take longer than 20 minutes for the turbo model .

i replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump relay. the pump runs for 2-3 seconds when key is turned. after cranking for awile, pump runs for 10-15 seconds after key is turned off. sputters a bit when sprayed w/starting fluid.

it is probly your fuel injectors. get them tested.

It is located in the transmission.

under the winsheild washer reservoir.

the positive terminal is located under the windshield washer reservior and the negative terminal is located on a bolt on the engine (metal)

MAP sensors should trigger a check engine light. If your car is starved for fuel. Try checking your fuel filter, fuel pump pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel injectors.

umm recharge your ac compresser u can buy the kit at wallmart for like 30 bucks

if you hear a clicking sound when you start it its your starter..check the battery to see if that's good...if its your ignition switch you might smell burnt smoke around the steering column, and to replace ignition switch is like 300 bucks.

If the car will turn over every time, or at least try, the switch should be good (it's working to make it turn over!). It sounds like a starter going out. Good Luck!
