How do you get the door panel off?

There could be screws around the edges of the door and there should be some under the plastic panels like where the door handle is. You will most likely need a small flat blade screwdriver to get under the plastic covers to where the screws are. I have never worked on an Expedition but had a Ford car for 5 years and took the interior apart several times without breaking anything. After removing all screws the door panel should lift off of the door when you pull with an upward/outward motion. Good luck!

On the back of the tail light fixture will be three plugs with wires to to, The plugs on the left and right are smaller but the middle one is the receptacle plug for the tail light running light and stoplight. Grab it and twist it and pull it out of the housing. Then you will see the bulb. Pull straight out on the bulb and it will come out of the receptacle easily. Usually the bulb part number is stamped in white letters on the bulb housing where the glass bulb is inserted into the bulb housing.Assembled it all in reverse order. What is the firing order for 1996 Chrysler concord?

Standing in front of the engine the left cylinder bank cylinders are numbered 2-4-6 ,and the right cylinder bank is numbered 1-3-5 (counting front to back of engine). The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6. EDIT: I have been told that it is the opposite (1-3-5 on left, 2-4-6 on right--this is what autozone.com and some other sites tell me), but based on some discussions I have read, it seems there is some confusion about this.

What does a code P0441 EVAP emission mean on a 2004 Chrysler Concorde?

0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow This has to do with the purging of the canister, which stores excess fuel vapors that will later be burned in the engine. During the "purge" cycle, engine vacuum draws the fumes from the canister into the intake manifold. The purge and vent valves are also cycled to run diagnostic tests on the fuel tank and evaporative system integrity. Therefore "incorrect purge flow" could be caused by a malfunctioning purge or vent valve, damaged or kinked tubing, or even a loose gas cap. Always make your gas cap click when you tighten it.

How do you change a driver's side front caliper rotor and brakes on a 1993 Chrysler Concorde?

Only do one side at a time! The caliper is held in place by two long bolts, usually 10 mm, be ready for anything up to 13 mm and SAE threads up to 3/8. Remove the bolts. Using a screw driver pry the caliper piston backwards into its seat or wait until the caliper assembly is removed and then use a C-clamp to press the caliper inwards. Now to remove the caliper assembly. Using a screw driver pry from the bottom of the assembly upwards. It will come loose and basically all that have to do now is replace the pads unless the rotor needs turned or replaced in which case with the caliper removed and hanging with something suitable so you don't screw up its attached rubber hose, wriggle the rotor free. It will come off. It might have little star shaped things holding it at the threads, but just pry those off. When you are ready to replace the assembly, after the rotor has been installed, tighten one of the lug nuts down to secure it in place. Don't forget to remove the lug nut once the caliper assembly has been replaced. Now onto the caliper. Where the bolts go, press the bushings outwards . Now replace the caliper by setting it back down into its seat, bottom first. Once in place you will probably have to wriggle it back and forth until the bolt holes line up. Resecure the bolts, make sure you take off the lug nut and then put your wheels back on. Congradulations. You just saved a min. $65.00 (labor) fee by doing it yourself.
