This is a way for people in power to make money off taxpayers. My question would be if this is a business that makes so much money then why they wouldn't have some kind of rehabilitation classes or some kind of program that teaches responsibility and success rather then throw all these people in a place of criminal education. IT MAKES MONEY. A lot of people who get out are more likely to go back in the next two years, then get a good job or go to school. Why? They are now a convicted felon with a tag on them that will not allow them to be a successful productive citizen. Every place of business now day's does a background check. If we were put in there to pay our debt to society and be rehabilitated.
