As mentioned above, they are designed for people of a certain age-group and should not be sold to people younger than the age-group they are designed for. If a child buys a rating 18 game somehow, it is up to the parents of the child to remove it from their child's possession and to contact the police for a violation of the law. A total ban would ruin it for those over the legal age to play the game...

There is a talk about mobiles are not safe. People say that if the child is under 16 and has a mobile they might get brain cancer. If your child is begging for a phone wait till there in secondary school. Apparently everyone at high school has one and you don't want them to feel left out.
