Can and how much can you draw from IRA and not affect Social Security disability?
Yes, you can draw from your IRA without affecting your Social Security disability benefits. The Social Security Administration only considers earned income and certain government payments (such as Worker's Compensation) when calculating benefit reduction or discontinuation.
There is no limit to the amount of money you can receive from 401k, annuities, most pension plans, gifts, investments and other sources of passive income. These will not affect your eligibility or benefit amount.

If you are near a blanket/cover, take it to the stairs and lay on it. If your wheelchair is durable enough, push it own the stairs, so you can climb back in it once you reach the bottom. Place your hands on the sides of the blanket, pulling it tightly around you. Attempt to slide down the steps, keeping your body stiff and parallel with the sides of the staircase. Once you have reached the bottom of the staircase, if your chair is there climb in and escape the fire. If it is not, then use your remaining upper body strength to escape.

There are Class 2 and Class 3 scooters. Class 2 scooters must have a maximum speed of 4 MPH and are not legal to be driven on the street (sidewalk only). Class 3 scooters must have a maximum speed of 8 MPH and are road legal. By law, these are also fitted with full lights and indicators.
