It has to do with the 3 Regis, Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. You have to have a Relicanth in the front of your party and a Wailord in the back. I believe you also have to beat the elite four to access the caves the Regis are in.
What is the repair when the VCS indicator is lit for a 2002 Lexus RX300?
This is usually illuminated when there is a fault with the Vehicle Control System. It could be several things or just a fluke. One of the abs sensors on one of the wheels could be faulty, damaged or misaligned. A good scan tool might help, but usually a scan tool with manufuacturer specific code reading ability is needed to diagnose the ABS system. You will almost have to take it to a dealer to find out this cause. You could try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, but I doubt that this would help. I have heard of people doing this and it working so go figure. I hope this helps you. Good luck.

How do you keep a 1989 caravan from burning oil?
If it's a V6 its probably the valve guides leaking , have them replaced, or add a oil supplement like STP or Hi-tach to temporarily slow the oil burning . I used Hi-tach in my own voyager for over 2 years with no problems 1/2 quart per oil change worked for me.

If it is the same problem I had, it is in the transmission and requires the pulling of the transmission. This is a comman problem with some Montanas. It might be the pressure control solenoid located inside the valve body of the transmission. Yes this is probly your answer. These cars have this problem alot. I work for Gm and I know first hand. I was having the exact same problem two weeks ago. I replaced the pressure control soleniod and the transmission now shifts as smooth as it did brand new.

How do you reroute a serpentine belt on a 95 Lumina APV to eliminate a lock AC Compressor?
You can't reroute it with the existing belt. You could, I suppose, install a smaller belt that would work. Try a belt for this same model engine, in which the vehicle did not have A/C. That should work.
<<Palmboy - 051605>>
For a 1994 Lumina APV (3.8 L), I bypassed the A/C compressor with a replacement serpentine belt that was 73" in length for ~$21 @ Advanced Discount Autoparts (original belt is ~102"). My problem was an A/C clutch that was making a grinding noise.
I determined the new belt length using a piece of cord to measure the new (required) belt length by routing it around the engine accessory components (i.e., Power Steering Pump, Tensioner, Alternator, Water Pump, etc.). I purchased two belts, one @ just over the measured lentgh (73") and one @ under (72") - then returned the 72" belt.
This seemed to work fine (so-far-so-good) for getting my vehicle back on the road without the risk of the A/C clutch siezing and throwing the belt.

Noises must be heeard to correctly be diagnoised but it doesn't sound good. Take it to a garage. If it's in the front your boots might be cracked and your cv joints may be going out. unless you know its coming from your engine, then i dont know.
What are the symptoms of a oil pump going out in a dodge caravan?
Low oil pressure or fluctuating oil pressure.
There is a device under the airbag called a clock spring. This coiled tape contains electrical conductors, and allows for rotation of the steering wheel without twisting the conductors. If this tape gets kinked or broken, that would explain why your horn and cruise control both stopped working at the same time (assuming steering wheel mounted cruise control). To check or replace the clock spring, the air bag must be removed on most models, which can be dangerous unless the air bag is properly disabled.
well 1st off, you need to look @ the info. sicker on the side of your driver side door. it has the weight of the van tire size and all of that jazz. at bottom sticker it will say what country your caravan was made in. if your dodge caravan was made in the good ol US of A then your out of luck. if it says your caravan was made in CANADA then you might be in luck. take your Canadian made caravan to your local dodge - jeep - or Chrysler dealer and for a reasonable fee that should tell you if your day time running lights can be activated or not. im a HUGE FAN of day time running lights my self and im looking @ purchessing a 2007 grand caravan SXT and it will be equipped with factory daytime running lights or i won't buy it! starting 1990 Canada requires by law that all Canadian cars manufactors equip their cars with daytime running lights. I think its HIGH TIME THE USA DID THE SAME! good luck 2 u. ;-)
