have you tried the dipstick tube.some dodge and Plymouth minivans the dipstick is the "filler hole" this also applies to the transaxle fluid.(transmission)

On the driver side of the firewall. there is a reservoir. Depending on the year it could have one yellow cap or two black caps.

The engine computer controlls the relay.

Pull the speedo and gauge package out of dash. Unhook wiring. Remove speedo cable from speedometer. Pull speedo cable out of housing, lube it lightly and re-insert. Hook everything back up and re-install gauges.

Remove gauge package. Remove wires and speedo cable housing. Pull speedo cable out, lightly lube with grease and re-insert. Hook everything back up and re-install gauge packege.

Try disconnecting your negative battery cable for a few minutes then put it back on, sometimes the lighting circuit gets confused, mine did, removing power from it may reset whatever is confused. That has worked for me with my 1995 Skylark.

As a last resort you can remove the headlight circuit breaker or fuse. You would have to put it back in when you drive at night of course.

Short people don't look fatter. I'm not! I am more than a foot shorter than what I'm suppossed to be at my age but I weigh the lightest and am the skinniest in my entire grade!

Remove the plastic 2 piece shroud around steering column so as to gain access to the housing the tumbler sits in. Find three Phillips screws to remove in holes in the lower piece.

Turn the ignition key to the Run position. Insert a small tip screwdriver in the access hole on the bottom of the housing to push the spring-loaded tab which will free the tumbler so you can simply pull the tumbler out with the key.

Installation is the reverse. Be sure tumbler with key inserted is set to the Run position.

Depress spring-loaded tab, insert tumbler into housing hole with tab down. All the way in,

turn key to the Lock (off position).

I just had this problem with my 95. The problem was the air flow idle control valve. It sits on top of the intake manifold. Replacement is easy. 2 bolts on top and an electrical plug. Once it was replaced it is reccomended that you disconnect the battery cables for about 5 minutes to reboot your cars computer. We didn't do it before starting the car and it idled better but when the a/c compressor kicked on the car almost stalled out. Disconnecting the battery momentarily fixed the issue. The valve costs about $75 at Advanced Auto Parts. All the other parts stores in my area had the same part for anywhere from $150-$180, so check around in your area.

It's only about a $15 repair, and it can be done pretty easily. Setting 4 doesn't run through the regulator (emergency reasons), which would explain why that setting is still functional. The resistor on the regulator probably went bad, but replacing the whole regulator is the best solution. After getting the part from my Ford dealer, I was able to switch it out in about 15 minutes. Here's how: Empty the glove compartment and when it is open, push on the sides and pop the little bumpers that keep it in place. It will flip down and you should be able to see the heater fan assembly. The regulator is located on the left side. It has a single screw which holds it in place. It could be,

a dead battery,

dirty or loose battery connections,

a bad starter,

the engine is seized.

To remove the dashboard (the part that covers the instrument) to change the instrument light bulbs.

1) On the left side of dashboard where the light dimmer and the left mirror controls are, there is a screw. You have to get on your knees and look up.

2) Remove the screw

3) There is a plastic cover over the heater control that snaps off. Use a screwdriver and snap the left side and then the right side fasteners.

4) After removing the cover from the heater control, you will see 2 screws, one to the left and one to the right (remember to look up). Remove these screws and now the dash is ready to come off.

5) Use a screwdriver to run against the edges. Start from the left and pop the fasteners.

6). On the left, unplug the wires attached to the mirror and dimmer control.

7) On the right unplug the wire for the heater control

8) Towards the center is another wire for the clock and a light bulb that lights up the ignition. Remove the wire from the clock and be careful with the wire for the ignition light because it has a tint bulb. I didn't see it and the bulb broke. Also remove the rubber cover over the ignition.

9) The dash is ready to come off with some twisting.

10) Unscrew the instrument panel and replace the blown bulbs with # 194 bulbs. There is a total of 4 ea. #194 bulbs (one on each side & 2 in the center). You can find them at Walmart

First the low side port should be identified, connecting w/ a set of guages- apply at least 28" of vacuum for ten minutes. If the reading on your guages (vacuum) moves (loses) vacuum in 15 minutes don't charge the system- you have a leak. If the vacuum guage doesn't move (leak) then charge with the proper amount of refrigerant gas.

went to emission and fail.The codes gave was p0732 and p0733 ratios. she said turn on the car engine light don't on gages.

You need a special puller which can be rented at some parts stores.

Pop the hood. Look at the metal frame, just ahead of the radiator shroud. You should see an EMBLEM describing how to install it.
