The binding caliper causes the pads to rub against the rotor heating the pads and rotor up. Hot pads and rotor provide less braking under equal pressure (when braking) so the right brake works better. The car will pull toward the better brake.

try new ignition switch but not the key part of the switch the electronic part of the switch...when everything stops try turning the key towards the start position but don't turn to far as not to grind the starter while running...if everything comes back on it's for sure.but sometimes even turning the key will not work. remember the electric part of the switch only...

There is no one specific fuse according to the Lancer manual that relates to only cruise control (according to my 2008 Lancer owner's manual, anyway). It might be tied-in with another circuit related to it. The best thing to do would be to check continuity for all fuses in both fuse boxes (in the engine compartment and under the steering wheel), and any blown fuses might be your issue.

Another possibility could be the stop switch located at the top of your brake pedal (you'll have to remove the panel under the steering wheel to get to it). If this switch has failed, the engine's ECU won't recognize the stop command electronically. While the car will still stop, this electrical signal is necessary for cruise control to be active. The biggest give-away is that typically when this switch gives out, your brake lights won't work either.

The wiring harness can be removed by unplugging all of the wires. The wiring harness is also held in place by several retaining screws. Remove the retaining screws.

That is behind the catalytic converter.

It is in the fuel tank, part of the fuel pump module.

Have the ABS checked for coedes, the rear sensor might have failed.

There are 2 horns, a high tone and a low tone, they are located inside/behind the front bumper.

It's located in the air duct between the air filter and the throttle body. The large square sensor is the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. The small sensor further up is the IAT. The IAT is stuck directly into a hole in the duct, with a small electrical connector attached to it.

I assume you mean the Flasher Relay. It is located in the front seating area, passenger side, under dash, mounted above kick panel.

bypass the the line that runs into the radiator. witch is a trans oil warmer. reconnect both lines together
