the o2 sensor is usually located on the catyletic converter (the first part of the exaust system leaving the engine looks like a small muffler)usually plugged in with one wire.more often than not they are 13/16.use a box end wrench, 6 point if you have, and maybe a big can of penatrating oil.
How do you fix wobbly steering in a car?
This could be many things, some serious some not. First, check for serious issues such as any RECALLs or WARNINGS regarding the steering column, etc, for your van!!! Other serious issues could be linkage, suspension, wheel bearings, etcetera. You'll need to have a mechanic check these things (unless you know how). Second, less serious issues could be wheel alignment / balance or improperly inflated tires. You can check the air pressure at most gas stations, alignment / balance issues are usually noticed at specific speeds only - usually highway speeds (you may notice a wobble at 50 mphthat goes away at 60 mph). Sounds like the blower motor resistor is on the fritz. Replace it and it should work. I am not familiar with that model or I would tell you where to look. Usually on the passenger side of the inside of the vehicle under the glovebox area. Hope this helps.

How do you replace fuel pump 1996 dodge van B-2500 318 V8?
Not too hard....just did mine same year same engine. Four bolts hold the tank in. You will need to jack up the rear tire passenger side and put a block underneath is to lift it to allow clearance for the tank to slide out. Take the floor jack and place a 2ft piece of wood under the tank for support and lift the jack into position. Now remove the four bolts. remove the rubber filler valve coupler to the tank. drop the tank down (with the jack) about 10 inches. On top of the tank disconnect the breather line (pulls right off), fuel line, (ford fuel clip, might as well replace it cost 2.99 for two) and remove gas tank breather intake hose. Jack down. If you have more than 6 gallons of gas in the tank you will need to drain it before you do any of these steps. Slide tank out. Large plastic white screw on coupler needs to turn counter clockwise. after its off just pull out the unit. Install new unit whick should cost about $220 at pepboys in the same exact reverse order. With the tank out and fuel pump out you really should clean out the tank for any sediment that might be left.

There are magnents on the half shaft(front wheel drive) or the drive shaft( rear wheel drive)and a magnetic sensor positioned close to these magnents. If one or the other is damaged or missing the cc wont work. On my 2000 Dodge Ram Van, there's a vacuum line behind the passenger side headlight. If this is disconnected, the cruise control will not work. I found out from the clerk at the dealers parts dept. It's worth investigating.
