Can you put a 390 in a 1979 bronco?

Sure you can but it is a hard swap. The original transmission won't mount to the 360 motor. Motor mounts are going to be different and your going to have to change the exhaust. Visit us here at http://7879blueovalbronco.com/forums/ if you have more questions.

How do you change a flywheel for a 1986 bronco 2?

this is a fairly big job 6 hours for someone who has done it a few time and as long as it takes for a new comer read this whole thing there are some wisdom coments at the bottom

well changing the fly wheel means dropping the trany pulling the clutch

first remove both drive shafts then unhook the clutch line to the slave on the top of the bellhouse this should be a small U shaper pin you have to pull out a piece of wire can be looped through and make it easier to pull it out

once that is out of the way take the tanny cross member out and the exhaust Y pipe needs to come out unless you have a body lift and put a jack or something under the transfercase then take out the bottom bell housing bolts and then the top bell housing bolts then you should be able to work the tranny back mind the bolts on the radius arm cross member you may need to back them down sometimes

once it is out then you will have 6 13mm bolts on the clutch and 6 16 or 17mm bolts holding the fly wheel on there should be blue locktight on the flywheel bolts

(WISDOM)things to notemake sure the fly you your putting on has been machined if it is used put a new pilot bearing in the fly your putting on unless it is new put new clutch on or at the very least a new clutch disk trust me it is worth it

the bolts on the drive shaft can be a pain spray them with wd40 or equivelent the night before put never sieze on these when you put them back trust someone will thank you later

when your putting the trany back in watch the clutch line it wants to be down there and it is easy to get it caught

when you take the thin aluminum plate off take care of it with out that plate you can't start your truck right

How do you change a heater core on a 1995 suburban?

Trust me on this one. Take it to the dealer. Its worth every penny. I did the one on my 94 and it took me 3 days of pulling screws, prying, pulling, and throwing tools before I got it back together. My hands and fore arms looked like they were in a meat grinder when I was done. The ENTIRE DASH ASSEMBLY HAS TO BE TAKEN OUT!!!!!!! And a helpfull tip would be to keep all screws separate and labeled as to where they came out to get them back into the correct place. There was 100+ screws all in varying lengths and sizes.

If you decide to do this any way. Good luck. My prayers are with you.

What happens when two objects of different mass is thrown up. which will reach maximum height if both are thrown with same velocity?

If you ignore air resistance, then they will reach their maximum height at the same time. In order not to ignore air resistance, you would need to know their shapes.

How do you move or reset the oil pump shaft to reset the distributor and rotor line on a 73 F250 460?

I cut and welded the correct size allen wrench to an old long screw driver shaft and used that to turn the pump. You can chuck it up into a drill to prime the pump also.

Why do lighter objects float higher in water?

It's because of the density of the object; for example wood floats in water because its density is less then the density of water, and metal sinks because its density is more then the density of the water.

It depends on how bad you are speeding. For a short run it's based on instantenous speed for a long one average speed.

If the object's density is greater than the density of the fluid you put it in,

then it sinks. If less, then it floats in that fluid.

Where is the fuel cut off switch located on a 1987 ford bronco 2?

The Fuel Cut Off switch is actually called the Fuel Inertia Switch and it is located on the passenger side floorboard near the hump underneath the carpet. Just pull the carpet back from the firewall and you will see it. To reset it pull the white tab up (or push down to shut off. But I don't recommend this because tampering with it too much will cause it to fail, and your truck will no longer start until its replaced.)
