Ford Excursion XLT

The block heater connection is on the passenger side of the block, just above the freeze plugs, you will need the cable that runs out to the grill/bumper. Every newer diesel has this heater just some were not equipped with the cable, it is an option.

I suppose you could wire your fuel pump directly to the keyed side of the fuse box.

Ford E-series vans have a pigtail in the wire harness tucked beneath the drip rail

in the engine compartment. There's a marked speed wire there - grey/black, 8000ppm.

That would depend on which engine you have in your 2003 Ford Excursion :

The 7.3 liter diesel engine doesn't use any spark plugs

The 5.4 liter V8 engine has ( 8 spark plugs )

The 6.8 liter V10 engine has ( 10 spark plugs )

about 700 pounds

Just go and buy a new one. They don't cost that much and are located under the dash on the brake pedal arm.

( the fuses and relays section starts on page 149 , the manual has the diagram and list for the fuse panel , but for the Power Distribution Box located in the engine compartment it only has the list , no diagram )

take the lower kick panel off under the steering wheel and on the right side look up by the heater box there is a bracket with 3 different relays mounted to it.

I'm not a mechanic / technician but I can't see where Ford would have

their diesel engine cylinders numbered any different

I'm not sure, however I use mine to hold the trash sack!

I found this on a kia forums for a 99 kia

Remove 10 mm bolts holdin gthe head lamp in place then give a sharp tug. I haven't tried it yet, but I will be trying it soon. My driver side headlight went out.

The heater is just above the starter on the passanger side. Some even came with the cord and it will be behind the grill tucked up almost were you can not see it just around the passanger side fog light. Ebay has the cord for around 20.00 or got to the ford dealer and pay 79.95
