I the trunkThere are fuses on top off the headlight switch. There is a button on the side off the switch housing you push to remove the knob and handle. Then remove switch from dash for access. I have never had one blow.If your adding a radio there are some hot leads you can tie into. Check with a volt meter to see if they have constant voltage or are activated by the light dimmer switch or come on with the ignition.*******************************************************

The depth where the actuator rod goes into the master may not be the same. It needs to have a little play when peddle is relaxed or you will experience those symptoms.

as you look at your head unit, you will notice four holes, 2 on either side,
these are the holes to the brackets holding your factory head in place,
an actual tool can be purchased, but just get some Alan keys or coat hanger wire,
now this is the tricky part... it doesnt just fall out, you'll have to fiddle around here for a while... i got annoyed and just ripped the face plate off the factory head, makes getting to the clips alot easier... but anyway, they will push in towards the head unit it self, and it will just pull out, unplug the loom and aerial cabling and get ready from more fun!
the wiring colours are as follows, just match them up to your new heads loom colours;
Violet/Red = Acc 12v+
Yellow = Battery 12v+
Black = Ground
Brown = Illumination
Dark Blue/Red = Dimming
Pink = Mobile Phone
Light Blue/Yellow = Mobile Phone
Light Green = Mute
Dark Green/White = Sat Nav
Pink/Orange = Sat Nav

cut that over with what ever means you deem livable, i recommended striping back twitching (twisting together) and soldering, or butt connectors, or even spade is you can be bothered!

70 lb/ft torque. Just start in the middle and work your way to both ends all at the same time. Start with 10 lb/ft and slowly work up to 70 lb/ft. It will take several sequences to do it properly.
