I think heights are genetic, depending on your relatives. The stuff you eat and drink also effect your growth in height. Like meat for example helps the changing of tissues in your body. Calcium, like in milk and cheese makes your bones stronger. Someone just told me as a teenager, growing, you should sleep at least 7 hours a day. 8-9 hours a day is good for growing. Although I do eat a lot of meat and drink milk, I'm not growing very much because I stay up real late. like most of the time I stay up til 3 am. I only get 4 hours sleep since I have 2 wake up at 7 am to get ready for school. And I think you shouldn't care about the looks and stuff. It's dumb, its not important in your life, I pretty much think people who judge by looks are pathetic. The important stuff is your health.
