How many quarts of oil for a 2003 accord 4 cylinder?
For a 2006 Accord 4 cylinder it will take about 4.5 - 4.75 liters of oil. Just convert to quarts. The 2003 and 2006 4 cylinder Accord is essentially the same engine.
Just for extra info: the bottom mark on the oil dipstick is about 4 liters. So if the oil mark is halfway you would have added about 4.5 liters. Also, if the oil level is about 3/4 above the bottom mark on the dipsitck, then you have 4.75 liters of oil.

How do you replace the alternator on a 1988 Honda Accord LX?
Take the motor mounts off and take it out of the wheel well of ht driver side
AnswerI did not remove mine. Instead, I replaced the brushes with the alternator still in place. It was a lot cheaper and easier. AnswerTake the motor mounts off lift it up a few inches and take it out the wheel well of the driver side AnswerThe dealership also told me that they drop the driveshaft to do this. I elected to pay the benjamins and have the dealer do the work--$250 for the rebuilt alternator (OEM), and about $140 for labor, plus shop materials and usual dealership added charges that I hate paying but prefer the warranty if I'm going to pay anybody to work on my car. Grand total, $402.00. AnswerHere are the full directions!!! It's not that hard.Well, this is what I did: Disconnect the Battery, Loosen the water pump pulley bolts, Loosen the bolts that adjust the Alternator belt tension, Remove the belt, Remove the top alternator bracket, Remove the wires from the alternator, Jack the car up and support with Jack Stands for safety, Turn the wheels all the way to the left, Under the car, Remove the lower bolt on the alternator, Move the alternator towards the passenger side enough so you can remove the lower Alternator bracket, Then I removed the lower motor mount (2 nuts) on the crossmember, Then I removed (from above) the 1 nut on the front motor mount, Then I totally removed the driver's side motor mount (3 bolts), Next use a bottle jack with a piece of wood on top to push the motor up (I placed the jack under the oil pan), Get someone to help you, Have them watch your power steering lines while you jack the motor up about 3-4 inches, Then go under the car by the drivers side wheel and have your partner use a pry bar to move the motor forward in the engine bay about 1/2 inch. The Alternator should come right out. This may sound like a pain, but it's not too hard, besides, it saves you about $300!!! The hardest part is at the beginning loosening the Alternator tension, small hands work best! Good luck, I hope I helped!

the easy answerafter searching the internet i found no easy way so i found my own way i have a 1988 Honda accord lx-ifuel injection automatic and just replaced my alternator, standing on the drivers side, faceing the passangers side looking down towards the bottom of the motor you see the alternator, un bolting it was easy, but then we couldn't get it out of the tight location it was in, so i simply still standing at the same spot took the air filter, air filter houseing cover, out then took the two bolts out of the top of the air filter houseing leaveing two hoses top and bottom disconnecting right at the air filter houseing then pulling it right up out of your way, allowing the alternator to come right out, to make it even easier take care of the air filter first. How much does it cost to repair a leaky sunroof on a 1996 Honda accord lx?
Depends on why it is leaking.
There are probaby many reasons but one that I know of is anti-freeze. If some anti-freeze gets on the belt it can cause a squeak and it's hard to get rid of it without replacing the belt.
Sounds like you have a (604) overdrive transmission. If so your transmission is in "limp in mode" that means it is stuck in second gear. a protection device built into the trans when faults occour. You will need to have someone read the codes set in the transmission. I would be happy to tell you what codes are when read On my '91... I added tranny fluid, and the problem was solved. I put a heavy transmission fluid in that's made a slipping transmission. Someone has to look at it so see if that's what it is. If it is you could save getting a new transmission. Sounds like you may have been running it without enough fluid and may have caused some damage.
Well i have a 1999 TL and it is the same make as your 2003 . To answer your question, Yes you have to, it is not that hard, i replaced all my lights to Blue LED ights. If you need more help let me know.
Where are timing marks for a 1987 Honda Accord XL?
Look at the pulley at the bottom of the engine. There is a metal pointer sticking out from the block, and the timing marks are on the pulley, where they will pass beneath or next to the metal pointer. if you haven't got the engine apart yet the mark is on the crank pulley. when you have it a part the sprocket for the crank should have a dot on it and a little triangle on the block and the head should have 2 lines on its spocket. you line those 2 lines up with the surface on the headwith the up sign up this should work if you have the enginge from 1989-86 Accord 2.0L everyone should have a manual for their vechicle, and the library should have a professional shop manual available in the reference section for FREE to make copies of--the PRO manual has more detailed info, and may have wiring diagrams when needed...read up and fix 'em like a PRO...good luck Dave :)

What years is compatible with a 2 door 1994 Honda Accord in body parts?
The model ran from 1994-1997 but there are some differences that you need to pay attention to.
The doors, hood, bumpers, and front fenders should be interchangeable between all coupe models except the v6 models.
The v6 Accords had a larger engine bay so the hood and fenders and possibly the front bumper will not fit on 4cyl models.
Also, the tail lights were changed for 1996-97 models so the trunk is not compatible between 94-95 and 96-97.
How do you replace the head gasket on a Honda Accord EX?
To change the head gasket, you need to remove the valve cover, intake and exhaust manifolds, and engine head. This is not a Saturday mechanic's project.
You should have a reliable mechanic do this.
If you want to attempt this yourself, I would recommend that you purchase a CHILTON or HAYNES repair manual. It will do a good job of explaining how to work on it. They are available at many book stores and auto parts stores.

Why does the 4 wheel indicator light come on and then go out 1996 silverado?
because when you go over 100 MPH, you dont need wheels, you fly by your britches!
If the answer below doesn't solve the problem, have the alternator checked, as the regulator may not be working properly. Have it checked fairly soon, as fluctuations like those you describe can harm the car's computer and electronics. Clean both battery cables good and make sure there is a good ground between the engine and body. This ground is important so make sure it is tight and clean {no paint or grease}
