How do you replace bulb for headlight on Honda 2007 Odyssey?

2007 Honda Odyssey headlight bulb replacement: Purchase the correct replacement headlight bulb(s) first, before disassembling the vehicle. See sources and related links below for replacement bulb information. Then consult your owner's manual for the headlight bulb replacement procedure. As simple as it sounds, the owner's manual is the best place to start for bulb replacement instructions and illustrations. You may want to consider replacing both left and right at the same time in order to keep brightness and color equal (optional).

Why won't the key turn in my 99 Honda Odyssey Turned the wheel back and forth wiggled the key tried all 3 keys we have jacked the van up to relieve pressure on steering column. HELP?

There is a known issue with Honda Odyssey ignition 1998-99. I think there is an open recall on them. I have a '98 and the ignition started shutting off while I was driving (which is worse than your problem, trust me) and the dealer replaced it for no charge. I would ask a local Honda dealer if the recall applies to your Odyssey. Jeff

What would make a 2000 Malibu backfire?

may need a tune up or spark plug wires are crossed. That is assuming that no work has been done to Malibu recently.

A quick verification that wires are on in the correct order would be to do the following: The Malibu should have a labeled coil back on the rear of the engine. Each of those numbers represents a cylinder. For the 4 cylinder model the cylinders are 1,2,3,4 - starting from the passenger side of the vehicle. Simply make sure the coil pack label and the cylinder numbers match with the plug wire running between them. For the 6 cylinder model the cylinders are labeled like this: 1,3,5 on the back of engine (starting from the passenger side) and 2,4,6 across the front of the engine (starting again from the passenger side) If all checks out well, it could be on of several other issues. The most basic being that the car needs a set of plugs and wires. If you haven't had the plugs and wires changed on the vehicle in a while (say 30k -60k depending on driving habits, etc.) , it'd probably be a good idea to change them to keep the car running optimally. Beyond that, the list grows to conditions such as: - A faulty coil pack - Injector issues (either electrical issues or a clogged injector)

How do you enter the radio code on a 1999 Honda Accord?

IF you do not know your radio code you can check behind your glove box and pray that there is still the original sticker with a 5 digit code somewhere there. The other option is to go to a dealer with the serial number of the radio and probably the VIN too and pay 50- 100 bucks. Remember you only have 3 or 4 tries before it locks the radio up and the you will have to disconnect the battery for at least one minute to reset it. There is also a chance that the code could be under the ashtray if you can't find it behind the glove box. (behind means you have to push the release to get it to drop down past the normal point to which it would open) hope that helps someone.

With the 1999 models, this does not apply, specifically, however

Change cabin air filter in 2004 Honda odyssey?

Need to remove the glove box by removing two screws, one screw at each end of the underside of the glove box. Once glove box is removed you will see a horizontal bar in front of the cabin filter compartment. Undo the right side of the bar by removing (2) screws. Next loosen the one screw holding the left side of the bar. Do not remove the screw just loosen it. Otherwsie you may have trouble getting that screw back into its' hole.

This will allow you to lower the horizontal bar enough to remove the cabin filter cover. The cover latches onto a clip at the base and another on the top of the compartment. No mechanical fasteners. Once the filter compartment cover is removed, slide the old filter out and slide the new filter in. You may want to vacuum out any debris that may have accumulated in the base of the filter compartment before inserting the new filter. reverse process to put back together.Type your answer here...

This individual neglected to mention that you must first cut away the lower instrument panel bar beneath the glove box door that is exposed after having removed the glove box door. The cutting points are indicated in the panel. After having done this, then loosen the left side screw holding the glove box metal support brace and then remove the right side screw from the brace and rotate it out of your way to gain access to the Cabin Air Filter cover and its removal.

The Japanese designer should be made to perform this task for you.

Where is the oil drain plug on the 2000 323i?

Read your owner's manual. This information can be found there. I have a 1999 BMW 323i and have searched the owner's manual for info on changing the oil and filter and have found minimal information. The owner's manual DOES NOT show the location of either the oil filter or the oil drain plug. It seems that BMW doesn't think that owners should be doing seemingly simple maintenance like changing oil on their cars. This is the first car I have owned that oil changes are not straight forward. Very disappointing. Here is a site that lists many DIY (Do It Yourself) projects, including oil changes. There are two links for changing oil in an e46. Including pictures of where the drain plug is located. http://www.bimmerdiy.com/e46 I have found being a member of the BMWCCA club and finding websites dedicated to BMWs a HUGE help in maintaining my BMW. Hope that helps, -Brian the oil filter location is under the hood next to the power steering fluid reservoir(on the left of the air filter box)it's a very big bolt and you need a special wrench to unscrew it

How do you open the dome light in the Honda Odyssey?

With a small flat head screw driver, insert the blade between the lens and the molding, just to the side of the hinge. You will be able to pry it out. You will need to do it on both sides to pop the hinges out. The hinges are a simple "horse-shoe" shape and a pin.
