No, but the 4.0L straight 6 motor wont see any benefit, this motor works best on straight 30W Heavy Duty oil. It is basically a suped up tractor motor. Most can go 300k+ miles. So if you have the 4.0L save money on oil and buy Rotella and put your money into a better oil filter. So if your oil pressure drops to 0 at idle its probably a Fram or other cheap oil filter.

On the back of the case there are two plugs that take a 10mm Allen wrench to remove. The top of the two is the fill plug, fluid should be level with the bottom of the hole.

I went to O'Reillys Auto Parts and they have a computer system that will print out the complete instructions on the procedure. In a nutshell: REmove the battery ground wire and shield it! Wait at least 90 seconds before attempting any further work as the airbag carries a small electrical charge that could deploy it. remove the trap doors on the back of the horn pad and back the bolts out to the stops. then remove the horn pad and set it down with the pad side up! Then proceed as usual for wheel removal, etc.. Hope this helps.

The NV3550 uses Mopar Manual Transmission Lubricant. You can also use Royal Purple Syncromax fluid, this is what I filled mine with and it shifts worlds better than what it used to.
The 42RLE uses ATF+4 fluid, nothing else. If you use anything else, it will burn up.
