Sorry, but a Mac OS is not intended to run on non-Mac Hardware. So a Mac running on Windows based PC will not work as you would hope. It will also break EULA with Apple and that's just not cool...

The other way around will work. If you have a Mac, you can use either Bootcamp, Virtualbox, or VMware and it's legally possible and a sound process that will be guaranteed to work if you know what you are doing.

To specify owner privileges in Mac OS X select the file or folder with a single click then either right click and select Get Info or press the Command key (cmd) and I to open the Info window. Judging from the tech specs page on the Viewsonic PJ503D projector, it takes standard VGA input. The PowerBook G4 12" has a mini DVI out port. No, iTunes does not let you change the speed of a song. iTunes will only allow you to play and hold a song, not mix it up or change it. You must have music editing software to change the speed of a song.

Don't worry, It turns out the new harddrive I got didn't have the driver that read iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch (usbappl.sys if anyone needs it) then my computer could read it and I just had to 'Restore' it in iTunes.I hope that helped anyone that needed to know :)
