I have a 91 turbo, two things, check your temp sensor lacated below the rotor near the water hose, if you disconnect this your fan should turn on as soon as you unplug. if your fan still does not come on replace the fan. Also check your thermostat.

after replacing my speakers and a recent broken door handle I feel very qualified to answer this lol... start by popping off the front cover of the door pull and remove the two large screws there. Next there are two screws on the front side facing the mirror that need to be removed., also the small screw in the door handle needs removed. There are two large screws holding your map pocket on that need removed. the map pocket will come off easily... underneath you will find the rest of the screws that need removed all the way up the the back side of the door. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT remove the plastic pop off piece in the triangle cover thing that covers your mirror bolt on the indside... removed the nut, and plastic cover. Now the fun part... You have two options. 1 removed the panel and weather striping as one, or remove the weather striping first. either way be careful that stuff is getting old these days, but easily replaced... when you begin to pull the panel away you need to slip the door handle through its little hole, and disconnect the power window switch. putting the weather stripping back on is the hardest part of reassembly... and getting it to fit back on just right just like every other car in the world... good luck

You fill the manual trans through the speedo cable entry point on the trans. No other way...be careful getting that 10 mm bolt loose that holds the speedo cable bracket in the trans. it breaks off very easy and if you do break it off, try using an easy out after drilling a proper size hole for the size easy out.

buy a new car or get a mechanic to look at it. It sounds as if your clutch master cylinder is going bad or it could be the clutch slave cylinder.

Right at the top of the engine you will find the carb immediatley to the right on the carb you will see a flat head screw this will adjust your idle , helps to have a second person on this.

*please note, this entire process is easier with the windows down.

1) a. push the red latch holder forward and pull downward on the latch located near the drivers head, releasing the hook from the fastener on the windshield frame. once the hook is out, you can re-secure the latch in its locked in position with the hook free.

b. repeat with the latch on the passengers side

2) a. take the key you use for the glovebox and the trunk and insert it in the keyhole to the left of the drivers seat and turn it 90 degrees (will only turn one way).

b. pull the latch with the top indicator on it releasing the the top cover door.

c. standing outside the vehicle, pull upwards on the the very front of the top, and back on the part of the top that locks in underneath the ridge on the far back. with the top part up a little bit and the back pulled out, pull out the side ridges from their crevices as well.

d. with all ridges disengaged, flip the back part of the top including the window up over the very top part of the convertible top.

e. with the top out of the way, pull up on the cover door that you released in step 2a if you have accidentally relatched it, just pull the release by the passengers seat near the keyhole again.

3)a. carefully put the back end of the top back down and lower it into the top compartement pay attention to the side ridges as they are made of bendable rubber and will be annoying to straighten out if you bend them in this process. pay attention to these parts through out the sub-instructions of step 3.

b. push the cover back and let it fold into the top compartment

c. as you get to the last bit of the top, you will need to manually push the second bar back upwards so that it folds into place correctly.

d. once the top is entirlely and easily packed into the top compartment, close the top door. youre all done, enjoy your topless cruise.

*when putting the top back up pay special attention to the part of the top that fits into the far back ridge. sometimes it likes to pop up above the ridge while you are securing the latches. if this happens you can press it down and it will snap into place... just push down on the corner where it is disengaged as though you were giving your car cpr.

Was the car actually running hot? Is there water in the oil? You could have a weak head gasket that starts to lek under driving conditions. Get it in the shop before you crack a head. If the car is running hot, does it over heat while driving or will it overheat at a stop? If it does it will driving, check your trans fluid. About half of nuisance overheating can be traced back to the trans fluid cooler in the radiator.

there are two screws under the cover on the door handel and i think there are some along the door also. there are screws for that pocket thingy too. and screws along the outer eage of the door when you have the door open there are some close to the hinges and close to were the door holds itself shut. . i forget what all ones to remove I had mine off because my one speaker. I ended up removeing a few screws i didnt need to remove but i got it all backtogether

Actually, it is located under the Driver's side headlight tray (look from underneath car and you'll see it). Give it a good spray with WD-40 or PB Blaster if it's not working...

most likely your catalytic converter is clogged. if u warm it up at nite and look under the car and part of the muffler system is glowing red it is usually the catalytic converter and it will have to be replaced.

Look at the center section of the firewall

Behind each headlight unit you will see a appx 35mm dia x 30mm high black rubber dust cover. These cover a manual raise and lower knob. Remove the cover and turn the knob cw or ccw to move the light assembly up or down. Often, when you do this, the trouble will be cleared.
