Yes,you should go.I did 10 yrs ago.I was in bed asleep when i woke up wet,i went to the bathroom to see what it was, it was blood.I went to the E.R even though i didn't have any cramps.They told me i was having a miscairage.A month before, i went to the E.R for a kidney infection.They gave me strong medications even though they told me that night i was pregnant.The Dr. told me when my fever goes up again to take 2 tylenols every 4 hours or every time i had the fever.My Dr. told me that's why it happened because of all the medication i was taking, anyways i was told to stay in bed for a couple of weeks.Well i did,now i have a beautiful 10 1/2 year old daughter.I hope everything turns out ok with you,good luck.

Yes cramping is normal during the first trimester. Its due to the baby growing and stretching you internally which is why you have cramps. Any bloody discharge, or spotting or sharp cramps should be reported to your doctor.

I would not stress about it. My breasts are only tender for a few days and then that goes away. As for the cramping, it could have been implantaion cramping which would not last long either.

I'm definitely not an expert but I'd say this is an excellent sign that your body ovulated and you're having a normal period. Perhaps it's not as heavy as your usual period because there was less lining this month following the m/c?
