The cause for this can be one of several things. You may have an issue with the fuel pump. You may also have a clogged fuel line, or filter, or the oxygen/fuel mixture is off. A tune up will pinpoint the issue.

It's not called a ecu it's called a PCM, On a non turbo it's located in the engine compartment behind the relay/fuse box.

there are multiple ways of doing this you can either take it in to the dealer or you can get a programmer or reprogram it your self using a booster wire but you need to have the remote to the alarm system or a universal one that will program to it. it is a long and hard prosess so i suggest that you take it in to the dealership

The starter for the 91 is located underneath the intake manifold. There are two bolts that hold it in. If you follow the intake assembly from the filter all the way up to where the intake manifold begins, aka the throttle body, it is right beneath there. i believe the bolts are 10mm.

you have to hook up a handheld tuner to cut off speed limiter. Make sure you have decent tires. Eclipse GSX had no speed limiter because it came with tires rated for 160mph+. Rs GS GST came with tires good for 130's. That is why they have speed limiter. My GSX had intake, catback, fuel boost and turbo boost, maybe around 260 horse, and the fastest i got it to was 155.

Front speakers

Dash: Tweeter factory speaker note. Tweeters are custom size. Can't find a set no where. Have to make your own bracket for a aftermarket set.

Front Door: 6x9" From what I understand the front will take anything from

6x9", 5-1/4", 6-1/2", to 6-3/4.

Far rear speakers

The 3.0L v6 thermostat cover is mounted horizontally and is between the valve cover and the air cleaner duct,same area as the radiator upper hose and lower hose.

it could be a few things that cause this either it is your piston rings have worn enough that combustion pressure is being pushed into the sump which is in turn pushing oil past the seals in the upper engine or your turbo has blown a seal and is pumping oil into the intake air charge do a compression test on your engine or goto a good mechanic and ask them to check the compression pressures. To check the turbo pull the low pressure hose off (the one that runs from the air cleaner to the turbo) first check the area around the engine breather pipe where it fits into this hose if there is only a fine mist of oil then go on to check the turbo if there is oil pooling in the intake side of the turbo then you will need a new turbo

The original speakers were made by Fujitsu...heavy cardboard cones to

take bass tones. I suspect extra copper windings to absorb extra wattage.

When replacing, you may find it's better to add caps (capacitors) to block the lower frequencies, or speakers may "pop". Best Buy car audio sells them...call them "Speaker Savers".

Systems sounded great in 1989-1989, but unless you can get the replacements through Toyota, don't know where you will get speakers like that. Most after-market speaks are built more for efficiency and higher fidelity in the proper range -not for full-spectrum sound with bass. The radiators added deep midrange tones to the little speakers. I added a subwoofer to my trunk to make up for the lack of bass after changing speakers. Along with the caps, it sounds good. (I use two amps under seats...one for bass, one for treble/mids. I also have Alpine EQ's in each car. One has bass outputs and one doesn't, but takes high power inputs (which is good, because I am using the stock radio in the convertible and have to hide what I have from thieves. They think it's just a bogus system...yet I have a CD changer wired to the radio antenna. I hide the control under my seat).
