What makes you think it's over? Look at Sukhoi SU-47, F-22 Raptor, Zumwalt class destroyer, Virginia-class submarine, armed Predator drones, anti-satellite weapons tests, 30,000 pound bunker-buster bombs, all in the last 10 years.

What has changed is that now our biggest competitor is changing from Russia or the former Soviet Union to China, whose military expenditures are skyrocketing. They recently launched their first aircraft carrier, a 60,000 ton rebuild of an unfinished former Soviet aircraft carrier, and are building two more like it. They have a long range land attack cruise missile and a new ballistic anti-ship missile which worries US military planners. They have successfully tested anti-satellite weapons, and have nuclear powered ballistic missile and attack submarines. They have an estimated 400 nuclear warheads at present.

They are building their own 3rd generation of jet fighters, such as the Shenyang J-11 and Shenyang J-15, based on Russian designs like the SU-27 and SU-33, which have been displayed at airshows and have performance comparable to the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, or Dassault Rafale. And let's not forget the size of their armed forces, by far the largest in the world at about 2.8 million active duty personnel.

First of all use the killstreaks harrier, chopper gunner, and tactical nuke (of course). Then, personally, i use a silenced assault weapon since most of them are all purpose. Then i use scavenger, stopping power, and commando in case someone sneaks up on you. If you want to get one fast you should probably camp, unfortunately.

Yes and No. Yes if they are in an enclosed space they are immune to radiation given off from a nuclear bomb. Also, If they are in an enclosed space or underground then they will be able to survive the shock wave and ground zero. No, if they are above ground when the shock wave comes around they will be killed just like any other thing. (By the way when i say enclosed space i mean really enclosed like inside a phone pole r something) But chances are they will die at ground zero. The only real dangers to them are the shock wave and ground zero

They are a leader in the use of nuclear power. Only the United States is a hold out on using this awesome fuel source.

Nuclear weapons are another issue. They, for obvious reasons, do not support the buildup of these weapons.

I would start by checking and cleaning the battery cables.Might be something as easy as that. Also I would try hooking up jumpper cables to the connections under the hood. this would elimanate the battery and all cables from under the rear seat. If it starts fine with jumpper cables trace it backward to fine bad cable. now the bad news,if none of this helps it is most likely a bad start solinoid witch is mounted on top of the starter. More bad news the starter is under the intake manifold.This is a a job to remove the manifold and injectors and wiring to get to the starter.Hopefully the lose or dirt battery cables fixes the problem. Yields in the megaton range as were common in the 1950s through 1970s have been shown to have few real military uses and more damage can be done using several bombs of less total yield at lower cost using warheads in the 100 kiloton to 300 kiloton range.

Deaths will depend on too many variables outside the characteristics of the warheads/bombs themselves, including the target, burst height, availability of shelters, emergency preparedness of the population, etc.
