First thing that comes to mind is your low on coolant.

With my car, it was Heater matrix clogged with radiator sealant. The workshop cleaned it and it's start working fine!

You might want to check the relay, instead of the fuse. I had the same question as I looked at a neighbours '94 Acclaim. I found the relay (by accident). Looked like it was replaced once already. The fuel pump wouldn't stop, so thought to pull the fuse. Pretty sure it's a faulty relay. (I lost 3 starter motors on a 98 Jeep because of the relay - wouldn't shut off - same part number used for the rad fan, and the rad fan exhibited the same sort of problem. After replacing both relays with non-Chrysler parts, I have had no problems with either Jeep starter or rad fan.) After pulling the relay on the Acclaim, the pump stopped. Plug the relay back in, pump does not start until the engine is started. Shut off engine, same problem. My neighbour will replace the relay. Relay is found among other relays under the hood, on the driver's side near the back of the engine compartment. The relays are small black plastic boxes with wires going up into the bottom. Fuel pump relay appeared to be the left one (passenger side) of two mounted together on the surface of ?? (big round piece of metal).

I am in the middle of working on mine, and know of several others the same, blown headgasket, took it to 2 shops to do pressure testing, both said not leaking, got pissed, and pulled the head myself, and low and be hold, the headgasket is blown on the exaust side, letting exaust into the coolant, therefor, blowing water out the resivor, tried all types of head gasket repair, all the name brand expinsive, and also liquid glass, none work because of the pressure of the eaxust, sorry to tell you this, took me 6 mths and 600.00 to find out myself, and still had to do it myself............GOOD LUCK

To replace a blend door on a 1999 Voyager, you will begin by checking which side of the vehicle is not receiving heat. Then, remove the glove box door by squeezing the inside of the door toward the center of the door to access the blend door.

It is located on the engine block. A knock sensor will very seldom give a problem. It detects engine noises and retards to timing. If you have a code then you need to find the noise and repair it.

the kind of oil this van takes is a conventional 10w30

Get a parts locator book or call your local dealer. Most are just above the passengers feet. Plymouth has it's own ideas though.

There are two latches on each side in front. Raise up on these (sometimes you will need a bar to get them loose). Then raise up on the front of the seat, then go in back and slide the seat back to get loose from back hooks. It is best to fold down the back of the back seat first. It is usually a two person job.

The last Plymouth was in 2001. The Chrysler/Dodge 3.3L V6 holds 5 quarts of oil.

Trouble code p1784 means: Pressure switch circuit: LR

If your windshield wipers are not working, you should check your owners manual. It could be a fuse or another easy fix.

Under your head light button u have park lights and under that is your hazerd lights and under that is a lever that gose sideways that is what u r looking for

Cable is installed with a bracket to usually two pan bolts on the transmission it is then routed through a hole in the floor to the shifter. Pretty easy job.

Plymouth does not use inertia/reset switches

You need a special tool called a Serpentine Belt Tool. In Sears it’s the KD Tools Geared Serpentine Belt Tool Sears item #00947098000 Mfr. model #3680. The key to replacing the belt is pulling down the tension wheel enough so that you can lift the belt around it. The problem with standard tools is that there’s no room to angle a conventional tool in. When assembled the belt tool forms an angle that is just right for the job. Also, when you’re ready to remount the belt feed the belt around all the wheels except the idler pulley. Pull down the tension wheel belt tool and slide the belt over the idler pulley and you’re done. Then keep the belt tool the back of your van because every time you hit a puddle you will have to do the whole thing over again. – Mike Snodderly, USAF retired

The Voyager takes 4 qts. It is suggested that after putting in 3 qts. you then start reading your dip stick. I generally after putting in 2 1/2 qts. I start my voyager up and then start reading.

3.3L & 3.8L withheavy tow package max combined weigth of vehicle and trailer not to exceed 8,300lbs. 2 person and luggage 3,500lbs. 3 to 5 person and luggage 3,000 6 to 7 person with luggage 2,700lbs.

The light control module could be the cause of hazard lights coming on after the car is turned off. There could be a problem that has caused this module to become wet and it is now not working correctly.

There should be a small valve at the bottom of the rad.

In the past, I have found a common ground for most vehicles being this ...... You take the radiator out , then the engine fan , then the water pump, then that exposes the timing chain cover, which is then removed to expose the chain and the cam gear and crank gear that it rides on. There will be important marks on each gear which will need to be aligned EXACTLY as they were before they are removed. One important step is to disconnect the positive cable from the battery to keep the engine from accidently moving the gear positions while working on the motor. 2ND Answer Buy a Shop manual, it will explain everything in detail. seriously.

Check the water pump and the radiator. If the impeller on the water pump has worn it may not be able to pump water. The problem could also be a partially blocked radiator.

Have you checked the fuses? (Under the steering wheel, the little box with lots of little colored rectangles with numbers on them...) It's always best to start with the basics. * On my Plynouth Grand Voyager when the instruments went out the abs light came on if yours does this check your body contol module. Mine didn't work and needed to be replaced when would they ever all work at the same time on a dodge? mine never would....... seriously check the ignition switch.

Ok just done it (well mine is a 2003 Chrysler Voyager - but I guess its the same vehicle).These are the instructions for the LH lamp.

# Open up the bonnet, and look at the areas above the headlamp and in front of the battery. # You should be able to locate 3 hex headed bolts, with screw slots (so you can turn them with a spanner or a flat blade screw driver). They are about 8mm in diameter. Oh 8mm is about 1/4 inch.

# Undo all three completely and place somewhere safe, the headlamp unit will become loose. # Prise it out gently so as not to damage it. # On the back of the headlamp you'll see a number of plastic push fit "Tupperware" covers. Pull the one of behind the bulb that you need to replace and the back of the bulb is revealed. # Easy! # Reassembly is he reverse process. Now if anyone can tell me how to get my lamps to point to the opposite side of the road (my car is set up for right hand driving in the UK but I drive on the continent allot)...
