you have to buy a special wrench, buy a new belt, stick wrench under hood to a nut that will loosen the old belt, take old belt off, pull on wrench again, feed belt back onto pulleys (draw a diagram first so you know how to reinstall it), remove wrench, done!
You do NOT need a special wrench (at least for '03-06). You do need a 17mm wrench or socket to release the tension of the tensioner pulley so you can slip off/on the belt.

Start on side without battery for visual ease, then feelon side with battery to find landmarks. Small hands are prferred for this job. Locate boot behind light bulb, remove carefully by tugging. Look carefully at wire clip behind connector; push in and down to remove from one side only, other side will stay attached. Connector with lightbulb attached will fall out. If it does not, carefully pull on boot of connector to remove connector/lightbulb assembly. Remove old lightbulb, check connector orientation to bulb, install connector on new light bulb. Carefully push new lightbulb/connector in place. The lightbulb fits in opening one way only. Carefully install wire clip. This will be critical to correct installation of boot. When putting the mirror and backing plate back onto the car you want to first set the positioners correctly. You want to make sure the positioners are attached to the motor first, do not try to have them attached to the backing plate and push them into the motor, they move around too much and you might damage one.
The positioners have rounded heads on them but they have little plastic ridges on two sides of the ball that have to be lined up with notches in the backing plate. The top one should have the ridges straight up and down and the left should be going left/right.
Put the backing plate against the center pivot and push it back onto the pivot ball until it snaps into place. You will need to put almost all the pressure on the center. If you push too much on either end you could flex the glass too much and crack it.
Once the center pivot is in place you work on snapping the positioners into their sockets. Push the mirror all the way to the left. It will push the positioner all the way down into the motor until it hits bottom then you can press on the area of glass directly over the positioner until it pops into it's socket. Then push the mirror back to center and then all the way up to pop the top positioner into place.

Before attaching the electrical connectors, tighten the inner nuts on the solenoid terminals. If the nuts are not tight, the solenoid cap could be damaged during installation of the leads. Tighten the inner nut of the "BAT" terminal to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm). # Fasten the electrical leads to the starter motor assembly. Tighten the solenoid switch "BAT" terminal outer nut to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm) and the "S" terminal nut to 22 inch lbs. (2.5 Nm). # Position the starter motor to the engine and install the retaining bolts/screws. Tighten to 35 ft. lbs. (47 Nm). # Measure the starter pinion-to-flywheel clearance and add shims, if necessary. # If removed, connect the exhaust crossover pipe to the manifolds. # Carefully lower the vehicle, then connect the negative battery cable. Tighten the cable to 11 ft. lbs. (15 Nm).

Use C clamp and old pad to slowly crank the caliper piston back into housing. (1/2 turn at a time) Apply 'disc brake quiet' between new pad and shim. Install new pads in caliper, replace caliper. Replace wheel, torque lugs. Close Brake fluid reservoir.
