It sounds from your post that your ex was a mental abuser and not a physical one. I wouldn't say it's common for victims of abuse to seek revenge (it does happen, but not often) because the victim usually wants to get rid of this parasite and lead a normal and healthy life, she seldom hangs around long enough to take any revenge. Move on in life, forget this ex, and "the head of the snake will turn around and bite him in the butt." Meaning, he'll get his sooner or later. Don't lower yourself to his level. Good luck Marcy

Is baked potato heavy on a upset Stomach?
A baked potato is generally considered easy to digest and can be soothing for an upset stomach due to its blandness and high starch content. However, individual tolerance varies; some people may find that the fiber in the skin or added toppings like butter or sour cream can be heavy. It's best to eat it plain and in moderation if you're experiencing digestive issues. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

How long can you keep potatoes before they go bad and you should throw them away?
Store potatoes in a cool (at least room temperature), dry, dark place. A pantry is ideal. Taking the potatoes out of their plastic bag and putting them in a paper one is advisable, given that this further protects them from light, and yet allows them to breathe.
Under the above conditions, you can keep potatoes for about 2 weeks.
However, potatoes can keep for longer -- 4 weeks or more -- if you keep them cooler than room temperature. 7 - 10 Celsius (45-50 Fahrenheit) is ideal.
If the potatoes have started sprouting and softening a little, you can actually still eat them, as long as you remove the sprouts, peel the potato and cook it really well. (boiling them is best)
As long as it's still white, and hasn't started smelling, they won't hurt you.
It really depends on the person you ask.
A religious person would say: God
A nonreligious person would say: It was just there.
No one invented the potato. It evolved, probably over millennia.
