Once the unit loses a contast 12 volts you have to have this CD to unlock it. Other than calling Eclipse and faxing in a reciept of purchase and the serial number that is the only way to unlock. They used to walk me over the phone all the time because people work forget what CD they used to set the security feature. Best bet call Eclipse.
