In what situations will the laws of robotics not work?
The situation existed when the positronic brain was damaged, and when the robot convinced itself the rule should be broken "for the betterment of the whole race of humanity."
What are possible consequences of artificial intelligence?
== == The breadth of commonsense knowledge.
The subsymbolic form of some commonsense knowledge.
Is Sean Murray a computer guy in real life?
He's an actor. And like all actors he PRETENDS to know things, but in reality he's only reading his lines and acting like he knows things.
The REAL computer knowledge comes from either the writers or the consultants.
Why high value resistor used in reverse bias diode circuit?
In a reverse bias condition of a circuit current initially remains the same for low voltage but at the breakdown voltage current increases fast even for a small increase in voltage.hence.........

How do you defite the robot pirates on epic mickey?
Thin out his shell completely so he's exposed, but he'll still be violent. However when completely thinned he'll spin then for 2 seconds he'll be on backwards and a green gem will appear on his stomach. Quickly run up and spin-attack his gemstone before he does another spin-attack himself. Do it three times to defeat him.
Also pro-tip, if you want to explore the whole area once you've defeated all the enemies DO NOT go into the tree the pirate does since it'll move you forward and you cannot go back to this area, so do everything you want to do in the jungle before moving on.
You can watch phineas and ferb on the tv or on youtube or anywhere really :)
I know this answer didnt help but owell lol
Many ways, depending on the robot complexity, how it is being ran and other factors. Conventional 'robots' have motors, sensors, and a computer. Usually the computer runs a program that does all the programming, this can be done in ANY language that the programmer fancies the most. There are some robots called BEAM robots that aren't programmed using code or programming, but instead react as a neural network (like an organic brain) or reactions from the pre built electronics in the robot. This is a VERY open question
When were the three laws of robotics created?
1942 for the first 3. Then a few more were added later on.
Where is household robot used?
A couple examples of automation might include a home bread maker. That device mixes and bakes bread, and has the ability to wait appropriate times for the dough to rise.
One could consider your heating and air conditioning system to be automated; a sensor detects when the temperature is out of an allowable range, then activates either the heating or cooling mechanism until the temperature is back within the acceptable value. One might also consider your water heater to be automated.
Another example might be your television. In older sets people had to manually change the channel selector and volume. Those operations are now performed with a simple push of a button.
Then there's the "remote start" on your car, and the cruise control.
We tend to automate familiar processes; things that are repetitive and easily defined.
How is the human mind capable of emotion?
because it is taking you over
caught up in sorrow
lost in the song
What is an advancement in technology from the early humans?
One notable advancement is the digital watch. When early humans needed to know the exact time of day, they just had to settle for not knowing. They might guess from the position of the sun that it was about 10 AM, but they couldn't be sure. Our lives are now much easier because we can know it's precisely 10:14 and 32 seconds, with just a glance at our wrists.
Of course, nowadays we're seeing fewer digital watches, since many people use their cell phones for this. The cell phone can tell time, like a watch, but has the added advantage of removing the best excuse for not answering the phone when your mother calls you because "I guess I was out. Whadda ya want, ma?"
A tubular truss is a truss that has struts and chords that are composed of cylindrical tubes or pipes. They are used for large constructions including factories, shopping malls, and industry worksheds.
Almost anything. One definition of robot is "artificial agent" (a better definition is in the link below). Artificial just means someone made it, agent means it does something for someone (my favorite robot is the dishwasher - someone built it to wash dishes for me). Many people assume "agency" includes the ability to act by itself (autonomy), or at least look like it can. These days most of the really popular robots are exploring places people can't go yet (Voyager left the solar system not too long ago, Spirit and Opportunity are still running around Mars) and doing things too dangerous for humans to do safely (like hunting for roadside bombs in war zones or searching the bottom of the ocean). I used to work with a parts placer in an electronics assembly plant, it took very small parts from reels and bins and placed them on circuit boards. Some car manufacturers use big industrial robots for welding and lifting cars and trucks. Nanotechnology is finally catching on, with motors and wheels the size of atoms. I have seen pictures of remote control robots for doing surgery from somewhere outside the hospital, like from another country. Then there are the vacuuming robots. Anything you can build to do something for you is basically a robot. Oh yeah, don't forget battlebots! Some of us like the sound of smashing and tearing metal.
Who made the first 19th century robot?
The first notable 19th-century robot was created by the French inventor Jacques de Vaucanson. In 1738, he built a mechanical duck that could mimic the actions of a real duck, such as flapping its wings and even "digesting" food. This invention was part of a broader movement in automata, where inventors created intricate machines that imitated human and animal behaviors, laying the groundwork for future robotics.
