What are the similarities between autotophs and heterotrophs?
An autotroph creates its own food/energy source, typically through photosynthesis. Heterotrophs rely upon outside sources for food/energy. The lowest level of heterotrophs are herbivores, or plant (aka autotrophs) eaters. Progressing up the food chain there are also carnivores (meat - aka other heterotrophs - eaters) and omnivores (will eat both plants and animals). The relationship from the heterotrophs side is fairly simple and easy to see - autotrophs are a food/energy source. The flipside, is that the heterotrophs, through bodily waste and other decaying matter, leave the minerals and nutrients that the autotrophs require to complete the photosynthetic process. In essence, the relationship is cyclical.

How do you expose a narcissist mother-in-law?
Exposing someone for something that they cannot recognize or understand does no good for either of you in the long run. The thing you need--an apology, change of behavior, etc.--probably will not materialize and you will still be frustrated. Move forward to better times. True narcissists never apologize, in fact whatever lie or devious act you may catch them in will ultimately be someone elses, or your fault. The best way to deal with a narcissist is to doument and have absolute proof of previous lies. To a narcissist, you and everyone else don't know the difference. Consequentally they tend to pull the same things over and over. If you have documented proof of a narcissists lies then when they lie again you can put it in their face like a dog that has pooed on the carpet. Actually this tactic is not really effective with a dog or a narcissist even though any dog has far more conscience than a narcissist. However, narcissists HATE to be confronted with their past fabrications due to an internal self loathing. Keep in mind, "you don't know the difference" When you confront them with the truth they cannot / will never admit it, and how they react will be based on several factors. The key factor will be whom is present, how public the humiliation is and how truly sick they are. Borderline narcissists may derail, just make sure you confront them in public... The truth about themselves is what they fear and hate most.

Most turtles are omnivores, although some seagoing turtles are carnivores. Tortoises are generally herbivores, although some have been known to scavenge carrion. Tortoises and turtles are toothless, but have hard rough tongues and plates on their jaws with which they are able to grind their food. Tortoises have much thicker and heavier shells that tortoises. Aquatic turtles that seldom leave the water have the lightest and thinnest shells. Turtles and tortoises are very similar in anatomy and physical characteristics.
Turtles and tortoises have much in common, as tortoises are a branch from the much larger group of turtles. Features include a bone shell, and a neck that buckles in an 'S' curve in order to pull the head back and protect it - although sea turtles have a very reduced ability to pull their heads back.

What is the relationship between the US and Canada?
Canada and the US are the closest trading partners and are neighbours. Canada rely's on the US and the US rely's on Canada on trading. Canada and the US tend to get along well, and Canada mostly follows the US into war; which is the reason why Canada is in Afghanistan right now. They have a similar culture but the US tends to be more egocentric. Canadians know a fair bit about the US, but most Americans know nothing about the US. Canadians could live in igloos and have pet polar bears for all they know. The US tends to be more condescending towards Canadians when in reality Canada is a much better country to live in and to visit.

An analogue camera uses film but a digital camera does not.
This area, equivalent to the eye's retina, is replaced by a silicon chip known as a Charged Coupled Device( CCD). Light enters via the lens and falls on to many tiny pixel elements etched on to the chip. Light is turned in to a tiny amount of electrical charge and each cell's content is sequentially moved across the chip like a line of buckets handed from one person to another until it reaches the edge of the chip. This 'Bucket Brigade Device' then stores the [pixel elements in the memory card for printing out.
What are the similarities between dogs and wolfs?
Dogs are actually a subspecies of the wolf. Notice their scientific names are similar. Dogs are Canis Lupus Familiaris and Wolves are Canis Lupus. Another sign they are nearly the same species. They can not only produce offspring, but their offspring are able to reproduce, something hybrids such as mules, tigons, and zorses cannot do.
As well, some wolves contain at least one dog characteristic, beta defensin 103 at the K-locus giving black color, apparently a useful survival trait. This unique dog mutation has spread fairly evenly among subarctic North American wolf populations, all now part dog. No one knows what other physical or behavioural traits, if any, may have been useful and retained from the dog genome, but this one trait is openly displayed.

What are the 2 similarities between a lion and bird?
A peacock is a finely tuned killing machine, much like a mighty lion. Both are carnivores. If you should ever be confronted by a peacock in the wild stand as tall and as big as you can and yell something like "I'm not as tasty as you think! I might have a gun or a knife, so watch out!" Throw rocks if you can. Peacocks are especially terrified of flat stones like those that you might skip onto the water. Science isn't sure why this is so.
On the other hand, while generally stubborn and cranky the lion also shows a propensity for happy-go-lucky antics especially when being watched. If you have a banana or a shiny object, offer it to the lion and you just might make a new friend. Otherwise, the lion may decide to rip your arm or leg off, due to its majestic unpredictable nature.
Both animals like the water and have been known to dive deep in search of the tender roots of the Typha angustifolia usually found near swamps or by the side of the road in northern Quebec, Canada. The range of such exotics is limited in some parts and otherwise widespread due to the evolutionary vagaries associated with complex behaviours and ecology of an area.
What's more is how these animal species migrate and their comparable flight speed. Certain airline routes have had to have been altered over the years, especially near Maine and the town of Wahpeton, North Dakota.
