You can make your sales pitch directly to the prospect. You can easily market anything that does not require the prospective buyer to touch, taste, smell or try your product/service.

Did the black foot tribe have black feet?

No, the Blackfoot have feet the same colour as the rest of their bodies. It is speculated that the term Blackfoot derived from their habit of sometimes setting fire to grasslands, in order to produce new growth that would in turn attract buffalo and other game animals; walking through the resulting ashes blackened their moccasins.

Another suggestion is that they often dyed their leggings, moccasins and shirts black or dark brown; many surviving museum examples of their moccasins and shirts are indeed dyed black.

So it wasn't the feet that were black, but the moccasins worn on the feet.

Reason for the development of suburbs?

One of the primary factors in the development of the suburb was the car. Until the car was invented people had to live close to the city centers. If you go to the older section of many cities you can see the houses not far from the center of the city. People needed to be close so they could walk to the store and dobusiness without having to go very far. When the car was invented people could move further away from the city center. This movement started gradually and as people got more mobile they got further and further away. After world war 2 the returning vets needed homes for their growing families and businesses. The suburbs grew up as a result and with more homes further from the center more stores were needed closer to the homes so shopping centers grew up around the new tract housing. Eventually, the shopping centers became malls and the downtown sections of the cities became empty as people moved further away.
