When you step on gas after choke is warmed up the throttle cable is released from the little cam type plate that has steps on it and allows the the cable to return to t's normal position.

Sounds like the idle is set too low.

This would depend on what type of oil you will be using for your premix. The oil base stock is either petroleum, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil and is mixed with gas at a ratio ranging from 16:1 (petroleum) to as high as 100:1 (synthetic). My 2 stroke I have is a 2001 Kawasaki KDX200 that I run Yamalube 2R at 36:1 with no problems. Although synthetics say you can mix them at 100:1 I would not, that seems way too lean to me.

On your rear brake, you will have a rod that runs from your rear brake pedal to the rear wheel. On the very back end of the rod, it is threaded and has a wing nut adjuster screw. Turn the wing nut a 1/2 turn at a time and try your rear brake. Keep adjusting until you have a good brake pedal. If you have the 125L you will have a disc brake at the front (no adjustment - just make sure your reservoir is full of brake fluid), but if you have the 125 with a drum brake at the front wheel, repeat the same process only you will have a cable instead of a rod at the front wheel.

Depends if you are only draining the transmission and changing the filter, or purging to remove the fluid in the torque converter and transmission cooler as well.

1)check your shift linkage and see if there is any play in the joints (woren out ruber bushings ect)2)check if the linkage bar for damage (bends cracks ect)3)remove rubber covering from shifter and examine the 5 gear position for any obstructions 4)transaxle damage possible striped 5 gear causeing the slipping out of gear

Well if your 16 years old, there is no restriction to how big you can get a scooter. Its just that if you get a scooter or moped bigger than 50cc, you have to get an acutal motorcycle license. But considering your 16, you should have no problem.....good luck!
