check that the wire on the sylenoid is hooked up. also, check for clean connection to the battery terminals. I have one that looks clean but if it's not bright and shiny, it causes problems.

easy, there are 2 ways, one is gentle, pull dome fuse above left knee, wait 2min put back, or worse pull battery neg lug. and wait 2min, good by radio stations favs.

it this test does not show the lockers failing .they you may have something really dangerous going on.

like bad wheel bearings.

or worse cracked rotors (very very very dangerous)

This can happen if the water or coolant level in the radiator is low. There are other causes but this is the most common.

The eight-valve engine distributor rotor turns clockwise with a firing order of 1-3-4-2. The sixteen-valve engine has the same firing order but the rotor turns counterclockwise. The number one distributor terminal is not the same for both engines. Make sure to trace the number one spark plug wire back to the distributor for verification.

The will be a plug on the transmission case near the bottom. The plugs fita 3/8ths inch ratchet. The will be one down low to drain and one a few inches above/ and forward to fill. DO NO not remove the hex bold head near by, this will cause the idler gear to fall out, (Bad news) all drains and fills are 3/8" female pipe plugs. use gear oil in the tranny and xfr case. and hypoid oil in the diffs. fill till fluid dribbles out level with fill hole. takes a hand pump to do it.

I read on a forum once that the Suzuki has larger front brakes than the tracker, which, if true would mean a better mountain truck. Other than that I heard most other parts are the same, though this is just from the limited forum hearsay on this topic.
