Is Kia a high tolerance engine that has to be replaced if the timing belt breaks?
I think you are referring to the term Interference Engine. This means that if the timing belt breaks, engine damage will occur to the valve train and or pistons. The way to prevent this from happening is to replace the timing belt as outlined in your owners manual. This can be from 60,000 to 90,000 miles, depending on your engine. Look in your owners manual or call a Kia dealer to acquire the interval for replacing the timing belt. Replace the belt at the proper time and you will not have to worry. Hello, I'd say every 30,000 miles, cuz that is a small engine. Now, about it being a KIA, its like buying food marked "Pathmark nofrills", and no, its not high toleraance. But, its still a car. Watch the oil, and if you drive this car like its the only pair of shoes you own, change it and the filter every 4 months, with Castrol.

Which fuse controls the power windows in a 1992 Camry?
I had a short in my power window harness on the driver's side and I found the answer online so I'll pass it on. There is a pal fuse that controls the power windows located directly under the steering wheel. Remove the panel under the steering wheel and you should see among other things a black plastic vent that passes are up to the vent to the left of the steering wheel. That has to be pulled away but just enough to get to the fuse. On the left end of this vent is a black plastic "button" looking clip that should just pop out with a screw driver. Now the vent will pull out and away but try to keep it connected at the right end so you don't have to mess with reconnecting it too. As you pull the vent out, you will see the pal fuses in a box. I don't remember for sure which one it is but I believe it is the pink one on the right. Take a flash light and you should be able to look into the window on top of the fuse and see if it is blown. These fuses just pull out and are a breeze to replace. This all may sound difficult but its really not and only takes a few minutes. I went to a local junkyard and practiced on their cars and then tried it on my car. I actually took the pal fuses from the junk car and used them in mine.
Where is the oil filter located on a 2007 Toyota Sienna?
i believe it is located underneath right side of the vehicle in front of the oil pan. locate the oil pan hex nut underneath on the right side then you will see towards the front bumper direction, a cast aluminum cylinder with the open and close direction arrows cast on the cover as well as a recessed square nut to lossen/tighten the oil filter housing. it is not like the 2006 sienna at all....where the oil filter is a top loader underneath a very hot cover plate. this 2007 sienna will be irritating at first to change the oil. this oil cartridge along with 2 o-rings and return tube will need to be replaced. i found a part number for the filter which may help #A6002-169806. it turns out that 2007 camrys and rav4s share the same filter cartridge part.
