Are same-sex spouses of active US military personnel eligible for Dependent ID cards?

Can you get kicked out of the navy for depression?

If it manifests itself through alcohol or other drug abuse, AWOL, or other "insubordination"-esque behaviours, yep.

Source - First-hand (self medicated with alcohol)

Also, the military is no place for someone depressed.....only makes the situation worse.

Good luck, try not to get booted like I did.

Is military spouses entitled to bah is they commit adultery?

I believe that's possible, since BAH is offered to every military member with a family, and I doubt that they discriminate against the people where both spouses are in the military. But if it doesn't work out for you, you can always take out one of those awesome loans at a ridiculously low rate from websites like militaryloans.com or some company along those lines.

Both spouses can only collect BAH if they are living on separate bases, and they were both approved to live out of the barracks, in most cases tho if one spouse has it the other is requested to stay on base because most won't authorise 2 BAH's

Can a military spouse sue the government?

Best answer here is you may be able to. There have been successful lawsuits in the past when there have been instances of criminal negligence or lack of reasonable oversight.

If you spouse was injured as a result of duties while deployed, the success of such a suit is likely slim. While many of us, especially me, are thankful for your spouse's service, injuries in the line of duty are part of the mission.

There are a number of other avenues you may have open to you though for financial and family support. Contact your VA and AMVETS representatives and keep asking questions. If your spouse is now disabled as a result of injuries received in service, you and he will be eligible for his disability pension, and may also be able to collect SSI for you and your children.

Again, I am so sorry you and your family are experiencing this. It will get better though. Educate yourself to the system, and learn what they can and must do for you and your family.

Can a military spouse collect unemployment from Virginia if they have to relocate?

Moving out of state after a layoff doesn't disqualify you -- the program is based on wages and payroll taxes, not geography. If you move after starting to get benefits in California, simply continue to follow the rules of the program and send in your biweekly claim forms to the same office as always. If you apply after moving, the process might get a bit tricky but is usually doable.

Source: http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-cover22-2009feb22,0,2705204.story If you move out of state, schedule an interview with EDD as they will put your payments on hold but won't inform you about it. Any travel longer than 4.5 hours might result in a deduction for that day, even if it is a Sunday, as you are obligated to be able to come in for an interview on any given moment. Can military domestic partners get heath insurance?

Effective June 26, 2013, the same-sex legal spouse of an active-duty member of the US military is entitled to the same benefits as any other spouse, including health insurance. It is important to note that the benefits are available regardless of whether the state where the parties live recognizes their marriage or not.

Prior to June 2013, the military had announced that it would grant health insurance benefits to same-sex partners of military personnel by October 2013, without explicitly stating that the partners needed to be married, although it is likely that benefits will now only be given to persons who are legally married, not to parties in a civil union or domestic partnership.

Can a family member move into military housing with you?

usually only your direct family - wife or children. parents are not usualyl allowed, check with your housing office to see what the rules are at that base.

Just to clarify, that is only if you are officially married! But if you decide to live off post then you can move in with him but they don't get the housing allowance until you are married.
