How do you open the soft top of a VW convertible beetle 2003?

Are you just wanting to know how to open it so you drive with the top down? If so, you push the big button in the center on the top, then the handle will release and it unlocks the top from the car. You turn the handle to the driver side I believe (sorry not sitting in my car to remember), then push the handle back up to its place. Then you push or pull the button between the seats to open the top...until it shows on the display its done. To put it back on, do the same in reverse order. Just remember the handle only turns one way. The best way to do it is to use your right hand, grab it with your palm facing you (under hand) and turn towards driver.

The links below have diagrams for alot of beetle models. http://www.watsons-streetworks.com/rewiring_beetle_tip.html http://www.vintagebus.com/wiring/index.html http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/info/wiringt1.php Those links above are more for reference if you by chance mess up. Otherwise, all the wires are color coded, so it's just a time consuming matter of going wire to wire. If you're smart, you'll disconnect the battery before changing any wires. That's it! How to change spark plugs on a 2002 S80 T6?

You simply remove the plastic cover that sit directly on the top of the engine. This is done with a torx driver. When the cover is removed you remove the coil packs that rest above each spark plug. Make sure to keep connected and remain in order after removal. Remove the spark plugs and reinstall in the reverse order. The T6 has twin turbo air charge pipes that must be removed first. Three to be exact, with one considerably large one running to the air intake housing.
