Do you replace valve stems with new tires?
Yes, you can for tubeless tires because the valve stem attaches to the wheel. Auto shops do this frequently when changing a tire for a new one. Tires with tubes can be repaired if not damaged to severely. Otherwise the entire tube is replaced.

When you rotate the tires do you have to do the wheel alignment as well?
NO! When rotating the tires, look closely at the tread. If you see any abnormal wear, such as uneven wear, feathering, or dipping. Have an alignment performed. Otherwise just rotate. Toe adjustments are common, and is the fasted tire-eating adjustment. An alignment should be checked every six months. If it's not out more than .04 by then, wait longer between alignments. The older a car gets, the faster alignments go out. A reputable place will give you a before and after print-out of your specs. And will check it for free.
could be a bad radiator, or not enough flow to radiator
AddendumI had the exact same problem and it turned out to be a plugged up radiator.I also had this problem, so hose flushed the radiator, and the problem still persisted. Turned out that the thermostat was sticking; not opening fully. I put another one in, and it's running cool now. Change your thermostat. They need to be changed anyway, so do it, and I'll bet your overheating problem will be cured. Cheapest cure there is.
I recently went thru this on a 99 dodge ram 1500, replaced the thermostat, still had probs with over heating on the highway, after that noticed that my water level in my radiator kept going down, changed the water pump and that was the issue. after about a week of overheating and running low on water. if replacing the thermostat doesnt work, you need to check to see if you have any water leaks at all on your water pump, then with as old as my van is, i just make sure once a week to check my water level and keep water in my resivoir as well, never had a prob since.
Where do you find someone who fixes warped alloy rims?
Be careful what people claim they can do. Alloy rims do not maintain strength when they bend and when you bend them back they become even weaker. Most reputable shops will not straighten alloy rims because of the potential for breakage and problems on the highway. Just find some replacment rims, you'll be safer.
Why and how are tires rotated?
Why? To even out tire wear. The front tires will wear much quicker than the rears on a FWD vehicle. The front tires are pulling the vehicle and are also steering the vehicle. This causes friction which causes wear. You rotate by simply putting the rear tires on the front and the front tires on the rear every 10,000 miles. Click the link and go to Tire Rotation.
Will 15 inch tires and rims fit on a 2004 kia rio?
Your can came equipped with 175/65-14 so, Yes, a 15" wheel fitted with 175/60-15 will be an almost perfect fit. The overall diameter of the wheel/tire combination will have almost the exact same diameter, which is what you want to maintain.
Most basic method. You will need 2 large flat screwdrivers or flat pry bars around 18 inches long. Lay the rim on a flat surface on the ground, Take the tire and spread a thin film of grease on the flat edge where it meets the rim when mounted. Set the tire on the rim and push one side over the rim as far as you can, probably just under half way around. It may be possible to screw the tire onto the rim. Think of the wheel as a bolt and the tire as a nut. Takes a little practice. If this didn't work, kneel on the side of the tire that is over the rim. Only the inside edge will go on. Where the tire meets the rim, move about 2 inches further around the rim and put one of the screwdrivers between the rim and tire with the handle across the center of the rim. Lift up on the screwdriver to force the tire over the rim. Repeat the process until the entire inside lip of the tire is over the wheel. You will need to hold the other edge of the tire in place where the tire meet the wheel. You may use both screwdrivers going back and forth till the tire mounts. Same process on the outside edge of the tire. Push as much of the tire as you can over the rim and push it down till it is in the center of the rim so you have some room to work the edge of the tire over the rim. It is impossible to get the tire mounted if it isn't in the low part of the rim. I hope this is clear enough, it is one of those things that is much easier to demostrate than it is to describe.
You need to take them to a tire shop, they must be done on a special machine, no way to do them yourself.
Can a 185 size tire replace a 195 tire?
Probably, especially if the other dimensions are the same as the bigger tire. Be advised that you will not receive as good gas mileage.
keep the tire ride height the same.
Why do you mount 2 new tires in the back instead of the front?
I have always wondered that and can see no logical reason. I almost always put new tires on front so I have better steering. Unlike many people, I also keep a very close eye on my alignment and have it checked and adjusted at least every 2 years.
Why does BMW charge so much for wheel alignment?
First the BMW dealer pays top techs top dollar, and charges accordingly.
2 nd BMW alignment specs include things like loading the car as if you are sitting in it and the settings are very percice in comparison to a tire shop.
All expensive things.

Will 22 inch rims fit on a 2002 Chevy Impala?
Yes, but you will have to have special very low profile tires put on the rims or they won't fit into the fender wells. Also , ask your garage to check things like the clearance of the shocks/struts etc BEFORE you spend a lot of money on these tires/rims. Most tire shops should have charts to tell them exactly what the biggest rim/tire combo will fit a certain vehicle. Chuck
