I got stung on a couple of occasions where men though because they had taken me for an expensive dinner and out dancing that I owed them a "sqeak between the sheets" and I would end up paying for my own dinner and telling them to bugger off! My father told me this when I was about 18, "You are a very attractive young women, but remember, work on your inner self, because there is always someone around the corner that's more attractive and if you don't work on your soul and go on your looks, looks fade so you'd better have something good inside of you." I never forgot those words and it was one of the best pieces of advice I have received. What my father said was true and it's proved over and over again every day of our lives. You are in control of your destiny, so don't sit around and allow her to call the shots. It's time you realized you are ex's and get out in that dating circuit again. Good women don't play these games and there is someone special out there for you, but if you hang around your ex, you sure won't find this special someone.
