Many people think that it doesn't matter if you smoke, but my mom says that "its small things that make big differences". Once I went to the dentist last year and my dentist said that smoking makes you have tongue cancer. Your tongue will even grow hair. It can also give you lung cancer. Smoking can give cancer and I have a little story about it. Once when I had a friend who was really old he was my gardener. He also was a good man the only problem he had was smoking so after 6 full years I told my mom to call him to water our plants so she called his wife answered and said that he is in the hospital and has gotten lung cancer because he smoked a lot. So I got pretty scared but luckily he survived and never smoked again. Even doctors say that Smoking is bad for you. Smoking is bad because it makes other people sick, it's bad because it makes your teeth yellow and it's bad because it gives you cancer. Did you know that about 5.4 million people die from smoking per year. Smoking can make other people sick because once I was going to the mall when I was 6. I had to pass a guy smoking so it went in my eyes I felt so bad and felt like caughing for 1 hour. Also before my granhdpa used too smoke but unfotunatly died.
Smoking distroys nature because once I saw on the news that the whole rainforest cought on fire because someone was smoking I really feel bad for all the animals who die and loose their homes. Another thing I hate about it is when I see cigarettes on the beach it really bugs me when I see some people just ruin the beach and I step on cigarettes on the my point is that there is no point of smoking. Also heres a qout from my friend "I also agree with you because I hate how people ruin nature

What sort of aid did the United States provide the Allies in 1940 and 1941?
Britain and the United States developed a system called Lend-Lease, whereby the United States lent food and armaments to Britain, whilst the British leased various islands and air and naval bases in the Caribbean and the Pacific to the US government.
Because of the strict neutrality laws (isolationism) in place in the United States at the time, Lend-Lease was arranged as a commercial transaction and was, therefore, considerably more advantageous to the United States than to Britain commercially. However, since Britain would have starved to death without it, the deal may seem a little fairer than it felt to the British government of the time.
Is Finland axis or allies or neutral of world war 2?
Finland fought on the side of the axis powers(allied with Germany) against the Soviet Union. They did this to regain the territory that they lost to the Soviets during there invasion of Finland in 1939.Finland supplied a all volinteer division to the German SS during the German invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941,and also invaded the Soviet union itself to reestablish its original borders with Russia that were established after World war I.The Finnish goverment fought 3 different wars with the Soviet Union between 1939-1944.
Not sure if I understand the question. But the Allies nor the Axis have a symbol. Each country had their own national insignia which was used on airplanes and tanks. A white 5-pointed star was used by US on tanks. This was sometimes used by other countries that were operating US equipment. The symbol for Germany was the black, straight-legged cross. I hope that helped.
When did Germany and Italy take over France and bomb England?
Germany sure did. Germany took over Italy too, so Italy wasn't as powerful as Germany. The Germans sent bombs over England called V2 rockets. These things were mean since they were a bomb with a motor, so when the fuel ran out they fell on whatever they were over. Night after night they fell over London and the people had to hide in subways and bomb shelters. When Germany invaded France Hitler ordered Paris burned, but the commander of Paris kept putting it off and as a result Paris was saved. A book written on this several years ago is called " Is Paris Burning?"
What was the most effective tank in World War 2?
The tiger was a pretty effective tank surpassing all the other tanks in firepower and armour but it is an over engineered tank that was hard to produce in all only 1500 tiger tanks and unlike the allied Sherman and the Russian t-34 a destroyed tiger was very hard to replace. a T-34 had good mobility and firepower also it's sloped armour a radical design at the time deflected Incoming rounds to the side so it had good armour.also it was easy to produce,1300 t34 were produced every month and often drove right out of the factory door into the battle. So it was the most rebust and reliable and effective tank in WW2.
How did Hitler help the Allies win World War 2?
Well, he didn't 'actively' help the Allies win, but when people say that Hitler was his own worst enemy, they have a point. You have to remember that people like Hitler have instaiable appetites for power, there simply is no limit to their desire to conquer. Hitler's decisions after Germany's triumph in the Battle of France are questionable, ie. invading the Soviet Union before concluding a peace with Greeat Britain. Strategically this led to a two front war which Germany always sought to avoid. Furthermore, Hitler's meddling often proved disatrous, his 'no retreat' policy deprived the German Army of what was ostensibly its greatest asset (mobile warfare and tactical flexibility).
Basically the axis invaded to conquer poland because they lost their land due to the treaty 1919 and they wanted revenge against the allies,so once the axis invaded poland they allies declared war
