Kentucky is a southern state and even though most of Missouri is above the Mason Dixon most Missourians fought for the South. Both Missouri and Kentucky along with West Virginia tried to join the Confederacy but were stopped because the Yankees were watching there state elections. They were standing at the polls intimidating people.

In many cultures, to do anything with or to a flag other than fly it on a flag pole or fold it up propperly for storage is considered disrespectful. However, many articles of clothing have been made with a print of the United States Flag. Some have used the flag as a shaul or head covering, and these are traditionally acceptable in the context that it is being done out of respect and love for the Flag and what it stands for.

Some things that you should never do to a United States Flag:

Let the flag touch the ground

Cut or tear the flag

improperly fold the flag

improperly store the flag.

Discard the flag in a refuse bin or dump.

Traditionally, if any of these things have occurred with your flag, the flag needs to be burned to prevent further disrespect to the flag.

I disagree. The White Rose (White Cockade) on the red background is the National Trust for Scotland's flag to depict the Jacobite lines at Culloden the Hanoverian lines have a Black Cockade on a yellow background. The Jacobite flag i.e. the Princes Standard was a white box on a red background surrounded by a blue border.The White Rose or White Cockade as it was known was the emblem of the Jacobites and supporters wore a piece of white cloth in the shape of a white rose in their bonnets or costumes.

Most of the Jacobite regimental flags were destroyed by Cumberlands orders where they were taken to Edinburgh and burnt by the Hangman.On flag that does survive is in Dundee Museum (Lord Ogalvie's Regiment from the Angus area of Scotland).

it was made in the mid 1980's. i have one its the best shooting 22 cal ive ever owned but its a smaller lighter reproduction of a colt 1911 it just don't have the safety on the back of the grip but it is still double action.the slides and internal parts are made in usa but the frame or housing is made in Germany. that's why there so good they hold there vaule good condition now days you should be able to get one for about 225 to 300 dollars
