When a person is given in police custody, he remains in custody of police, i.e. in police lock-up. Police custody can not be given beyond 15 days except where there is special provision to grant PC for more than 15 days. Police has unfettered powers to interrogate the accused in police custody in a lawful manner. Whereas in judicial custody, the accused technically remains in the custody of the magistrate. He can be kept in jail or other place of safety. Police can not interrogate the accused without permission of the magistrate if the accused is in judicial custody.

What classes should one take in college to become a spy?
That really depends on what you career goal is with them. Mainly you want to be academically strong and ready for college. Foreign language skills are a big asset and might be where you should try to focus in highschool, languages like chinese, arabic, farsi, spanish or french. International studies is also important, understanding the nations around the world and where the people there are coming from is important in doing intelligence work. I don't think it matters as much what classes you take in High School, although any type of U.S. history or course that teaches you about the government and its workings/laws is good. In college though, you want to take a Criminal Justice or related major like psychology or such, but with a decent amount criminal justice courses. Your academic advisor can help you out with the specifics. Also, i know military experience is looked upon well, though i don't think that it is required. Its a definite plus though. The majority of people in those types of agencies have some sort of military background.

Multiparty means that the political system has several groups writing laws and running the government. The only way to get anything done is to have a coalition and compromise because without that the people's business doesn't get done. We have a good example in our own government of what happens when political parties stalemate and block doing the needed work. Literally nothing gets done and the citizenry suffers from the partisan political process.

How are rules made in the government?
A rather basic answer is: In the House of Commons of the British Parliament, Members Of Parliament (politicians) can propose (bring in a bill) new laws or amendments to old laws. After debating in the House, a vote is taken. If there is a majority, it is passed onto the House of Lords for scrutiny. It may be passed back and forth for amendments between the houses during its passage. If all goes well, the bill becomes law.

Israel has a proportionally elected parliamentary democracy. Like most parliamentary democracies (in contrast to presidential republics), the legislative branch and the executive branch are fused together. As a result, the executive branch is created by the Head of State in the Israeli Presidency (which is elected by the Knesset or Israeli Parliament) and the Head of Government in the Prime Minister of the Knesset.
