Where is the cabin air filter in an 04 tundra?
Not real sure, but I think it is under the dash on the passenger side. If the Tundra has a glove box, take the door off and you will probably see the blower. The holder for the cabin filter is a light gray color. It has a tab at each side that you move to get it out. The new filters come with an installation guide. WalMart now carries a Fram filter for the Camry. I'm not sure if they carry one for the Tundra. It could be the same filter. The Fram catalog will tell you.

What to do when a Stihl 032 AV chainsaw runs without an air filter but not with the air filter?
Either the air filter is dirty or the flow is blocked when it is installed. Start by cleaning your air filter.
(see the related link)
It is STRONGLY recommended that you detach the air intake hoses first, these are easy to remove temporarily and this will give you the needed room to open and close the air box. If you are persistant enough, you CAN do it without removing the hoses, but I would not recommend it as you could tear a hose or not property close the air filter box (rear hinges properly in place) when done which would be VERY bad for your engine. One thing you could do is install a K&N performance air filter (for echo the model number is 33-2211) that only needs cleaning every 50,000 miles. You might save some money on replacement air filters, improve performance, and not have to deal with as many air filter servicings. However some research has shown that these can allow more particles through than traditional paper air filters, so they might not be the best long term for your engine and I personally would not recommend them. When you change the air filter, remove the air intake hoses (technically its one piece, but there is a secondary hose too, so you must detach in two places. This is not THAT big a deal, there is one big clamp which can be loosened with the attached screw, and the smaller hose clamp can be loosened just with pressure on the spring release. After you remove these, the job is easy. Be sure to wipe down all areas around the air filter box first with a wet paper towel, this will prevent dust/dirt from getting into the air filter components. Where is the cabin filter on a Mazda6?
IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE THE CABIN FILTER YOURSELF. SAVE MONEY
Open the glove box and push in on the sides. There are two tabs located here (one on either side) Simply pushing in on the side of the glove box and pulling it forward (allowing the tabs to clear the console/dash) finishes this step.
Pull the glove box towards you. There are a set of notches on the bottom which clamp to the inside of the glove box which must be pulled free. Just pull the glove box and it should come off.
You should now see the air filter cover. Its held in place by two upper tab/slots and two lower clips. Pull down on the outer cover to free it from the tabs, then pull out towards yourself and it should come free, exposing the air filter.
Remove the old air filter and replace it with the new one. You may need to pinch the old filter horizontally to get it to squeeze out of the compartment. Its flexible and being tossed anyway, so don't worry about damaging it. As you can see at 12,680 miles the cabin air filter is quite dirty. The new filter slides in the same way the old one came out. Make sure the filter is sitting flush in its compartment, and is not angled or tilted. Make sure the AIR FLOW ARROW POINTS DOWN. Failure to adhere to this step could result in the climate fan being damaged, or a massive loss of horsepower (unconfirmed).
Put the cabin filter back on. Make sure after putting in the upper tabs to SNAP the lower section of the cover on by pressing on the clips on the bottom they are beveled to snap into place under the filter assembly. After this step, put the glove box back on, and your done!

How do you fix a broken exhaust manifold stud in an aluminum head?
DON'T USE AN EASYOUT
they're extremely hard which also makes them brittle. The last several times I attempted to use one they cracked or shattered, leaving behind extremely hard pieces of metal that couldn't be drilled out.
If theres anything left sticking out you could try vise grips, or welding a nut to it. Heat and penetrating oil often helps. If theres nothing left, try reverse drills, make sure theyre centered and straight.
Can you show a picture of where a 2003 silverado cabin air filter is located?
IT IS LOCATED BEHIND THE GLOVE BOX (GLOVE BOX MUST BE REMOVED).
The 2003 Sliverado does not have a cabin filter, you can take the truck down to the frame and you won't find it. The car parts still list one for the 2003 but when you look at the size of it and then look under the dash it is apparent there is not cabin filter space. The filter is a big as the air filter. Also, the 2003 Silverado owners manual does not list a cabin filter. Hope this helps.
you may want to check your filter , it might be clogged and needs replacing, it's either in a grill in a wall or in the air handler (or heater).
if they get to much dirt the air won't flow through the filter

How do you change an intake manifold gasket on a 2003 Ford Ranger.?
The intake manifold gasket is located between the manifold and the engine block, and prevents leaks between the two surfaces. Follow the below steps to replace the intake manifold gasket on 2003 Ford Ranger.
1) Disconnect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery and remove all hardware and wiring that connects to the intake manifold. Now disconnect the throttle position sensor and the EGR valve, located adjacent to the intake manifold.
2) Remove the fuel lines from their respective connections to the fuel injectors. Plug the fuel lines to minimize fuel spilling. Disconnect the intake manifold runner control cable from the manifold.
3) Label the spark plug wires and pull from the boot to remove from their corresponding spark plugs. The spark plug wires must later be connected to the same plugs in order for the cylinders to fire in the correct order.
4) Remove the bolts that hold the intake manifold to the engine block, and remove the manifold. Pry the intake manifold gasket from the block with a flat-head screwdriver. Clean the top mating edge of the engine block thoroughly. The surface where the new intake manifold gasket will rest must be smooth and free of debris.
5) Apply sealant to the gasket surfaces and place it on the mating edge of the engine block. Position the new intake manifold so that it aligns exactly with the cylinder flanges of the engine block. Bolt the intake manifold to the engine block. Tighten the bolts to 22 foot-pounds with a torque wrench.
6) Reconnect the spark plug wires with their corresponding spark plugs. Pull the boots over the spark plugs. Replace all removed parts in their original positions. Reattach all of the fuel lines to the fuel rails and fuel injectors. Reconnect all electrical wiring to its respective part.
7) Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery. Start the engine and let it idle for about ten minutes. Check for leaks around the new intake manifold gasket.
