Okay, first of all that sounds like a sexual question, which has nothing to do with cars.

Car batteries do not usually corrode just sitting on concrete unless their is a leak in the container. I do know that you shouldn't place a car battery on a concrete surface as it can cause the battery to discharge its self into the concrete and you end up with a dead battery.

There is no VIN. There is however a build tag normally located on the firewall, in the glove box, on the door post, on the kick panel, or somewhere else on the vehicle.

The best way to do this is to use a ratchet with a long extension and from underneath the vehicle remove one of the mounting bolts that hold the latch bracket. This will allow you to pull up the hood a few inches to get to the latch assembly and open the hood. I have had to do this myself and it worked.

It could be faulty wiring or more than likely the fuse is blown. check the owners manual for fuse locations, and use the extra fuses to replace any blown ones.

It is recommended that you should use new hardware because of the rust and wear and tear on the old hardware. If your looking to be as economically mindful as possible then you can use the old ones, but it also a lot easier to just get new ones and install them

Back in the old days the frame of the vehicle use to actually be to hollow steel beams that the entire body of the vehicle was mounted to. You could literally take the cabin of the vehicle right off the frame and have just an engine and axles like this;

But now days, vehicles use unibody construction where the vehicle body itself is molded to strengthen the vehicle and serves the same purpose as the frame used to;

Which are a lot safer but in an accident it takes less to consider the car totaled then it does for an older vehicle because most of the damaged parts are not replaceable. I believe trucks and SUV's for the most part still use the old frame design. And even in new cars you can see ruminates of this passed design in what are called the frame rails. Look under your vehicle and about 6 to 8 inches in from the side there is a rectangular beam running from behind your front tire to the front of your back tire on both sides of the vehicle .

No one would really need this, since your eyes should be on the road anyways. Thus, to my knowledge, nothing like this has been invented.

It depends on where the key marks are and how deep they are. If the marks aren't that deep, you may want to try a buffing compound first (you can get this at any auto store for about $10) and try that and see if it takes the key marks off. If that doesn't work, more than likely, the marks are too deep and have gone too far into the metal. You'll need to take it to an auto body shop and get an estimate. If you know of anyone that is very mechanically inclined, you could always find the part that you need at a junk yard and have that person put it on.

You will need to get the car painted though and you'll probably need to take the car in do to do that. You'll also probably have to paint the entire car, pending on how new the car is and how nit-picky you are. If you paint just a portion of your car, there is a chance it'll be a different tint or hue than the rest of your car.

If you're really not that nit-picky, and the key marks are too deep for the buffing compound, but you don't want to go through the hassle of finding and replacing, you can always go into an auto shop and get some car paint in a pen and just carefully ink in the key marks. It'll take a awhile, but it's MUCH cheaper than the find and replace option.

I would recommend the stuff Billy Mays advertises that fixes Denim jeans and stuff. that might do the trick.
