Can't you look deep down to see who you truly love. Can you live without your wife if you get a divorce. Ask yourself why am i feeling reluctant.

I don't, cause I honestly couldn't care less if your co-workers like you. Especially since you are an idiot who apparently doesn't know how to use the word doesn't. Also, the fact that you want to take revenge on a person for not liking you is really messed up, and means you're probably a loser as well as an idiot.

But I agree that you really don't want to do that, because if he/she reports you to the boss, you could easily get fired for harming another coworker. Instead, you should either try to mind your own business and only your own business (you get what I mean) or you should try to make the relationship better. Try to make friends instead of making problems between people worse...that would be my advice.

You should consider divorce when: * You are being mentally or physically abused * When your spouse is constantly cheating and there is no sign of it stopping. * When the spouse is either an alcoholic, drug user and refuses treatment. * When both parties argue beyond reason constantly and there is no end in sight. This can be extremely hard on any children the couple may have and a waste of time for the couple to be together. * If the spouse disappears for days or weeks at a time without any explanation as to where they have been. * If the male is capable of working, but refuses to support his family. These are a few reasons. If the person has a problem and seeks help then the other spouse should be there as support. If the spouse doesn't cooperate then it's time to move on. It's not healthy for you or any children involved.

Ask for financial help at the end of the month, when rent or other bills are due. ---tries to persuade you to open a joint bank account, or wants their name on your credit cards ---wants to move into a residence you live in, especially early on in the relationship ---has problems with finances, does not keep a budget and buys extravagances they can't afford ---has a history of not staying in one job for very long ---is delinquent in paying child support to another person

I am sorry you are hurting so much and working with that person adds salt to the wounds. Please consider this a quick lesson in life and realize that most people that have affairs treat them as such and either have one affair and go back to their mate, or have many more affairs. When a person gives in to an affair with a married person, then that person can't expect commitment. Commitment comes with a strong relationship, engagement and marriage. If you don't try for the stars you'll end up face down in the dirt. I suggest you try to see if you can either get moved to a different department at work and if not, start looking around for another job. If you can't do this, then do the best you can, talk out your feelings with a trusted friend, BUT DON'T TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL!!!!!! Go around that office with a smile on your face and your head held high even though your heart is breaking. Start getting out with friends and start dating again. Having an affair usually doesn't even come close to what love is about. Start building on your low self esteem and get back on track. People just make mistakes and whether you want to admit it or not, both of you made one. I again say "humans often want what they can't have." I say about the exact opposite of the former answer, if you really like him(which you obviously do) then take what you can get and he may give you another chance if he realizes that what made him break up with you is not true, that you have changed since then, etc. Also, if you have no contact with him, he might realize that he wants you back but will think that you've moved on and don't like him anymore so he won't even try to get you back... In other words, prove him wrong about his reasons for breaking up with you and give him a chance to realize that he might have made a mistake by breaking up with you...you can just try...

you cannot stop someone from getting a divorce from you. the best thing is to get documentation of the affair and go to a lawyer and file first. it is over, and just face the fact that it is. i didn't and am now in a divorce without the upper hand. i should have filed first.

well it depends, you need to specify what is going on. it depends on the events that have hapend. she may just be going through a bad week and not be interested in anything. or she may not be interested in you anymore. it depends on her behavor.

go to the police immediatly and tell them he has threatened to kill you and have him charged and i wouls also get a restyraining order put on him so he can't harrass you or he will go to jail.

I would doubt that the courts will require alimony in this case, unless there were children involved. But you never know what a good lawyer can get you! I urge you to consult one that knows the laws in your state.

well first you need to ask yourself 1# what was the bad term and how did it come about? 2# where there many bad terms in this relationship?and if so is it worth saving? if you find these questions easy to easy to answer, take time out and heal and move on. but if you find yourself wondering what happen, this is a first. give her/him a little time to calm down and then call and ask that person to dinner in a open place. then talk about the events that lead up to this break-up but must of all listen and learn.

I am sorry to say, but I think you are pushing things to the limit. He is your ex, you should have walked away, and he's being polite just talking to you. Sounds like he doesn't want to hurt you. Why would you want him back? He sounds really mean to you. He can't trust you even though you don't have a social life. You deserve way better. I hate to give out advice like this, but I have seen way to many of my own family members like this and they end up getting beaten. I don't want the same to happen to you. Please move on.
