Where is the location of the MAP sensor on a 1990 Buick LeSabre?
After consulting several sources, someone finally called a local Buick dealer who informed me that a 1990 LeSabre does NOT have a map sensor, it was the Mass Air Flow sensor that needs replacing.
your wheel bearings are probobly lacking lubrication (grease),you should have it checked by a qualified technician as the bearings are liable to collapse and cause loss of control. I've had a similar problem with my 93 LeSabre at 146000 miles. The right front wheel had a bad brake hose. The hose softened up and the brake fluid remained in the calipers causing the wheel to become hot enough to cook eggs or at least burn yuour hands. The odd thing with this was the car would not pull to one side as you would expect. Once the hose was replaced the car is fine.

Why does tail light fuse keep blowing on 98 buick lesabre?
Answer 1 - Fuses That "Blow" Repeatedly
Without being able to "hands on" troubleshoot the circuit served by the repeatedly blowing fuse, none of us can identify the specific defect which is causing your problem.
Therefore, the following generic answer can be applied to any electrical circuit, whether in a vehicle, or in a building, whether direct current [DC], or alternating current [AC].
Fuses [and Circuit Breakers] are safety devices designed and installed in electrical circuits TO PROTECT the conductors [wires] and other components from short circuit conditions and/or overload conditions which cause an extremely large flow of electrical current [measured in Amperes], which causes overheating of the conductors that results in damage to the insulation and the conductors.
And in a worst case scenario, the probability of a FIRE which could destroy the vehicle, house, or other structure in which the circuit is located.
When a fuse or Circuit Breaker [and replacement fuses, or repeatedly "tripping" Circuit Breakers] "blow," especially if it happens repeatedly, is an indication of an UNSAFE CONDITION in that circuit, usually a short.
The fuse or circuit breaker is doing what it was designed, intended, and installed to do; that is to protect the conductors and components of the circuit which it serves.
The proper "fix" for this issue is for a qualified technician, who knows what he or she is doing, to troubleshoot the involved circuit, find and identify the defect, and make proper repair [s], BEFORE replacing the fuse again [with the properly sized fuse or before resetting a circuit breaker].
Some ignorant few people will suggest installing a larger fuse or breaker to solve the problem, BUT that will only increase the hazard, not correct it.
Do not follow "bad" advice by installing a larger fuse in a misguided attempt to correct the problem. To install an oversized fuse would almost guarantee damage to the wiring and the probability of an electrical system fire.
How do you remove the headlight and parking light switch unit from the dash of a 2000 Buick Lesabre?
The dash faceplate in which the switches are centered pries outward from left edge (about 1 1/2" high, 8" long). Plug and wire are then exposed for disconnecting, and plate can be removed and taken to workbench. Then it's up to you to figure out removal of switches from plate. I watched my dealer remove the plate w/switches and take them to workshop to free them up when stuck ON!

Where is the pcv valve located for a 2000 Buick Regal LS 3800 series II motor?
The pcv valve is located under the map sensor in a plastic housing. If you stand on the passenger side of the vehicle and look under the hood, the map sensor is the sensor right in front of you. It should have three wires going to it. If you look closely, the sensor is clipped into a type of cap. If you grab the cap the sensor is clipped into and twist it counterclockwise, it should come off and the pcv valve will be inside. You may need new orings to prevent oil consumption. You may also need a needlenose pliers to remove the sensor from the upper intake manifold. Russtech67 you don't happen to have a pic. of the location? where it shows some details, I tried to find it, but no luck
