Had this problem with my 95. You need to remove the pad that sits over the airbag, and use an ohm meter to check if either of your horn switches are shorted. Most likely, one is and you can bypass it while retaining the functionality of the other. Not a job i would recommend for the do-it-yourself-er. Take it to the mechanic for this one

The low side AC port on a 1994 Buick Skylark is on the passenger side of the engine compartment. It is near the front of the oil pan.

It's under a panel door that says FUSES on it that's under the dash over the brake pedal.

Not absolutely sure on this but I believe you must remove the entire dash panel. That was the case on 2 Chevy trucks & a friend of mine also replced thecore in a impala. On thetrucks it appeared that the vehicle was built around the heater core.

Torque specs are very specific, based on whether or not the bolts are reusable, and if they are going through or into aluminum. you need to get the correct number and pattern for your motor from a repair manual or autozone.com.

There may be something blocking the deflectors from sending air up there.

The heater core is located under the dash, in the center above the "hump". The container holding the core looks like a black plastic box. Remove the ash tray for easier access. You may have to also remove some other covers under the dash. First drain the radiator. Then you have to disconnect the hoses. There are two hoses connected to nipples of the heater core that are thru the center of the firewall. This has to be done from underneath the car while raised. I also had to unbolt a frame support to get to the hose clamps (I have big hands; you may be able to reach them without unbolting it). Remove the screws that hold on the cover to the heater core. You should be able to get the old one out now. Just go in reverse order to put it back together.

Hi, the fuel pump is PROBABLY inside the fuel tank. You would need to drop the gas tank, by disconnecting all the lines of course, and unblot the tank "neck" at where you put the gas in, etc... I have a 1995 Buick Century, and I am thinkng your is the same about. When mine was going, the car was stalling out of nowhere, then finally died. Might be a wise investment to replace the entire tank WITH a "new" used tank WITH a new used fuel pump........... goodluck

It should be in the engine compartment on the right side as you look at it. Look for a Black Box. Good Luck and Remember.

No, GM vehicles do not have an inertia switch.

Left side of the steering wheel behind the dash board. You would need to remove the underside panel of the dash board as well as a metal plate. You would probably also have to remove the dimmer switch panel and the metal bracket just behind it if you want to see where your hand is going. Access to the flasher is through the underside. Look for a light blue plastic connector.

The catalytic converter should be bolted onto the exhaust pipes. The bolts will have to be soaked in penetrating oil to be able to break them free, then you can replace the converter.

Well it depends on the type of engine you have, but that only has to do with the thermostat's location. The Haynes GM manual #38025 has instructions on how to change the thermostat in section 3-3. Amazon has copies of it dirt cheap.

It came with R12 Freon. As R12 is cost prohibitive, have the unit converted to R134a refrigerant or a similar substitute.

The Bendix on the starter motor is not working properly, most likely. A fix entails the dismantling of the starter motor assembly and the work of a knowledgeable person to rebuild it.

It's usually easier and cheaper to just get a rebuilt starter.

The problem was not your starter! Sick of hearing that answer, but sadly I do not have the correct answer. My car was having the same issue, mainly on cold starts. I took the poor advice and replaced the stater and solenoid, that evening...Same problem! You will only need to replace your started if the real problem is not found, because it will grind off the teeth in the starter and may even destroy your flywheel! I am not a mechanic but after owning a 98 Dodge Intrepid I feel I know more than most! Again, do not replace the starter until you find the real problem or you will go thru starters like candy! BUT dont take to much time or you will be replacing the flywheel too!
