You have a leak in either your compressor or your a/c lines. I just had this exact problem fixed and eventually you will have hot air coming out of all the vents. Mine was leaking out of the front of the compressor so I replaced the compressor with a refurbished one from O'Reilly's and it started doing the same thing 3 weeks later. We returned the part to O'Reilly's and the replaced it with another one and so far so good.

If you have checked the blower motor and it does function when power is applied then I would suspect the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. It is also possible the blower motor speed control is bad, but highly unlikely.

I have a 1997 Grand Am Gt and as of 2 days ago the car was towed home and parked. Went through the same thing a year ago with the theft system causing my car not to start. You can try the 10 minutes on and off thing 3 times but it doesn't work. The only option is making Pontiac more richer. In my case, I'm ready to torch the darn car, I have dumped way to much money in it to have it leave me stranded on a yearly basis.
You could try finding an acc. fuse for the system whether in the fuse block or in line. The alarm runs through the ignition and the brake pedal.

In 92 model year Cadillac had major problems with the air ride suspension. The dealership has to install a special wiring harness to overide the computer. But once they do this there is no longer an air ride. If your air ride suspension still works it may be better to ignore the light. Without air it is a stiff ride kinda like an older corvette. I had the wiring harness and new struts installed at the dealer $$$$$$$$$$ . There was a recall so you might find the harness at salvage yard.
