How do you bleed the hydraulic clutch on a 1990 4WD Chevy Cheyenne pickup?
Start at the m/cyl and loosten the line and pump THE PEDAL ONE TIME then tighten it and release the pedal then pump it ONE time again and keep this up until no air comes out. Then go to the bleeder screw on the slave cyl and do the same thing. It takes longer to just pump it one time but when you pump multiple times, it mixes the air in the fluid. Sometimes it is extremely hard to get the air out of clutches.
If that dosent work take the cap off your m/cyl then gow down to your slave/cyl and push the rod in and that will push the air out to the top.
You will see bubbles com to to the top do it until it stops then you should have peddle.

Make sure you click it the required number of times if that is how yours works. Also, if you leave the engine running while filling up you are going to get a service engine soon light on. Disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for a couple hours to clear the computer, then hook the battery back up and the service engine light will be off. If it comes back on take it into Auto Zone, they will read the trouble code for free and tell you what triggered it.

Remove the throttle butterfly unit and thoroughly clean with carboretter cleaner or WD40 in a round butterfly seatings, as build up of residue will not allow the throttle butterfly to close, hence sending false readings. I had the same problem on my ZX 16v. it was just the small vac hose on the inlet manifold to the ecu. It had a split in it. Try that.
