What is the difference between a 1984 Corvette and a 1984 Corvette anniversary edition?

That doesn't make sense cause that would be the 31st year of the car.(corvette) They came into production in 1953.

They did not make a corvette in 1983 so 1984 would be a 30th year. I've never heard of a 1984 anniversary edition tho.

Why does my Chevy big block loss of power after 30 minutes?

I would need more info, but here are some ideas. I do not know the vehicle, however, if it has a catalytic converter, it may be suspect. It sounds like a situation that is happening after warm up, which a cat, would do.

My second though would be your EGR. Exhaust, Gas, Recirculation. It recirculates exhaust through the motor, to burn any unburned fuel. Since exhaust goes through this, it clogs, often.

Thirdly, I have had excperiences where the auto trans., is slipping after warm up. Check the fluid level, and service it. When they change the filter, look for an excessive amount of clutch material in the pan. Some, is normal. Smell the fluid. If it smells burned, investigate further, with professional help.

There are so many other things that, combined, would do the same. A tune up, carb rebuild, or injector cleaning, ect.

Remove rotor 1969 corvette?

The rotor seems frozen to the hub

I assume brake rotor Remove wheel Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should "peel off" hub It may not not "peel-off" type if not: 1) pry off dust cover (center of hub) 2) remove cotter pin 3) remove lock washer 4) remove nut 5) "wiggle" wheel so wheel bearings fall out 6) slide rotor off hub

Can you show me vacuum diagram for 1981 Nissan 280zx?

Nope, im looking for it also but for a Datsun 280ZX Nissan and Datsun are the same thing, however if you have the Chilton's Repair Manual for the NISSAN Z&ZX 1970-1988(which you should) I believe it's number 52800, you can find the vacuum diagram in section 4 page 26 That diagram is for a N/A 280ZX and only for the emmissions. I need a complete diagram for a 280ZX Turbo, 1981. I have the Automatic Climate Control and it is a California model. Can anyone help?

Did Ford Mustang sell more or Chevy Corvette?

Many more mustangs were sold mainly because they were much less expensive so a more average population could afford them. They also had a back seat so young mom's and dad's could add a little sport to their lives while still appearing responsible.

How do you change the thermostat on a 1981 Corvette?

First you have to remove the air filter housing. Start by removing the butterfly bolt holding the cap in place. Once that is removed, the only thing holding the air filter housing in place are the hoses and tubes attached to it. Make sure you note where each hose and tube was attached so you can put it back into place afterward.

With the air filter housing out of the way, you're looking straight into the carburetor. Incidentally, now may be a good time to replace the fuel filter located on the passenger side of the carburetor. The thermostat housing is located directly in front of the carburetor. The upper radiator hose connects to the engine by way of the thermostat housing. You'll find two bolts holding the housing in place. You just need to unbolt it from the engine and perhaps knock it free with a light hammering. Make sure you have either drained the coolant or you have some way to catch the coolant at this stage because it will be leaking.

Once the thermostat housing is lifted, all you need to do is grab the thermostat and lift it out. It may be slightly stuck but will just pull up. Make sure you scrape away the old gasket from the engine and from the thermostat housing. Replace with a new gasket and a new thermostat making sure it's oriented in the same as the one you pulled out. Place a small amount of grease on the new gasket to hold it in place and to form a better seal.

Now all you need to do is put everything back together and refill your engine coolant.

How do you change the brake light on a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe?

Open the hatch, there are 2 screws holding the entire light assembly on each side of the vehicle. Take the screws out and lift the assembly away from the car outwards, there is a post on the front end holding it onto the side of the car. Then just twist the brake light socket to the left and pull it out to get to the bulb.

Where is the thermostat in a 88 Corvette?

The thermostat is located inside of the water inlet on top or the engine. Remove the top radiator hose, then the inlet to get to it.
